*The space*

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a large closet, a Smart TV a full private bathroom with two sinks, and a "rain" type shower.
In the living room, there is a sofa that turns into a second bed, ideal for one or two more guests to sleep comfortably, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a second Smart TV, a dining table for 4 people, a second full bathroom and a balcony overlooking to the back of the building with a couple of outdoor chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a blender, a coffee-maker, an electric oven, and all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cutlery, utensils, etc.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
