Three Primary Bedrooms with private bath and Two Queen Suite bedrooms with Shared bath areas in addition to a Bunk Bed Room with huge TV. This is not just a Vacation Home , but hosts hope you feel as though it is your own home here in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy pristine views from the upstairs deck of the primary bedroom . Back yard is just steps from the sand with private beach access. Play all day on the beach and then splash the rest of the day away in the gorgeous pool . Comfortable yet luxurious, feel the magic of breathing in the ocean air and getting away from it all. This home is gated with room for 4 cars. All you need to do is bring your flip flops and a great book. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need. Towels , beach towels and linens all provided. Beach toys to share include Corn hole, Horseshoes, Bacci Ball and Games. Close to the Impressive Kennedy Space Center, Home Port for Disney , Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Shows and Art Festivals, World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and all sorts of water activities like Deep Sea Fishing , Boat Rentals and Kayaking. The Space Coast Beaches and near by Indian and Banana Rivers will leave you coming back again and again. We cant wait to welcome you and see you on the Sand. Everything you need is Here! My host, Fran was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. And she always replied promptly to my questions. Our stay was wonderful and the house (property) is beautiful! Will definitely consider coming back. Loved all the open space and proximity to the beach.

Perfect in every way. If you have kids that want to switch up from beach to pool to house at a moments notice, this is the place for you. Just steps to the beach. Home was immaculate and owners were extremely responsive.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this beach house with a large group and had an amazing experience! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also great areas for gathering together. You can tell the property is well cared for — everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location was perfect for beach access and relaxing days by the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at this Cocoa Beach home for our annual 4th of July Beach getaway. We have rented various Beach homes around Florida and this was one of our favorites. There was so much room to spread out and plenty of lounging and dining space for large dinners and after dinner card games. The linens were of good quality and never before have I seen a home with as many towels that this home provided. From the provided beach chairs and toys to the ample sunscreen station and even a first aid kit, this home provides so much that we packed lighter than usual. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to prepare large meals and we really enjoyed the very large outdoor space with pool and putting green. We also enjoyed the pool table and the view from the master bedroom was spectacular. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. The owners were very communicative and so kind.

Cocoa Beach treasure

The house was very clean. We loved the pool, it was used every day. Owner Dom was excellent in communicating with us. Special welcoming touches to our arrival. The little path was easy to access the beach, no dunes to walk over. We were able to see a few rocket launches, very cool! Convenient location to get to stores. Short drive to Ron Jon Surf shop, bioluminescence kayak tour, dolphin tour, and only a little over an hour drive to Disney World park for a day.

Retirement Celebration

Stoma House proved to be the perfect location for our family group of 14 to spread out, enjoy time at the beach, and to cool of in the lovely pool area. Every need was met, and we were all very comfortable. Our hosts Fran & Dom were most accommodating, with clear communication throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing such a gem with us!

Our stay at Stina House was nothing short of fantastic! We had wonderful communication with the owners, the house was stunning, clean, and very well stocked with any neccesity you may need. The house was in a perfect location for us, as we did day trips to the local fish markets, restaurants, and we also got to see a few launches from the beach! We can’t wait to come back to Cocoa Beach, and stay at Stina House again

Great Property!

This VRBO is just as described! There is plenty of space for friends or family to spread out and enjoy their stay. The walk to the beach takes a minute. The pool is lovely, too. The home is well equipped with all the amenities you would need. Shopping and restaurants are close by for your convenience. The owners are quick to respond to questions. On a non-beach day, we went to Kennedy Space Center, and everyone enjoyed the day! We would highly recommend this beautiful home and location!

Perfect beach vacation home!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the access to the ocean and the terrific pool. Wonderfully laid out house with lots of room. The amenities were well thought out. The owners were very nice to work with! We hope to go back in two years!

Wonderful Beach Home with Pool

Second year we’ve stayed here and hope to come back next year. The home is spacious with six bedrooms and large dining room table and outside eating area for the whole family to eat together. Things to do for all ages including the pool table, foosball table, putting green, and of course the pool and the beach.

Wonderful holiday gathering for our growing family

Fran and Dom have provided a really wonderful home that our family enjoyed immensely. At one time, we hosted Christmas dinner for 15 very comfortably at the large dining room table (we invited two of our family members who live in Cocoa Beach). The kitchen was excellent, with upgraded and new appliances. The bedrooms were clean and each offered its own unique positive attributes. The master bedroom is gorgeous. The pool was warm enough for us to get in, even in December. The grill was clean and easy to work. The outdoor areas on the property were nicely kept, and offered getaway places for our teenage family members. The access to the beach was direct, and the beach itself was quiet in this location... a great place for our daily football games (no major injuries). We were able to easily bike wherever we wanted to go, and the driveway held ample space for our rental cars. A chef's kiss was a chalked welcome sign for our family that truly made us feel welcomed. We'd try for this place again if we come back as a group!

This property is beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. The hosts were wonderful, and the house had every amenity one could expect. Cocoa Beach is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. We even watched a couple of rocket launches from the beach!

Awesome stay in Cocoa Beach

This property is truly amazing. I’ve rented many VRBO’s over the years, and this property tops the list. The attention to detail by the owners is outstanding. Everything you need for a beach vacation is available at the house, and is in perfect condition. This was by far the best beach vacation my family has ever experienced. Frannie is truly a pleasure to work with, and is an outstanding host If you are planning a visit to Cocoa Beach, do yourself a favor and consider this property. My family is already planning our return for next year.
