Romar House 101B is a spacious three-bedroom,  two-bathroom property located on the ground level. Step out to the grassy area, the pool is just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beach awaits.

What a great location for families, to enjoy a property practically sitting on the sand.  101B features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry, and Corian countertops, with plenty of space for making meals or quick snacks. An open dining and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows has seating for all your guests comfortably.  The main bedroom features a king bed, a coordinating wood bedroom suite. An ensuite bath has a separate dressing area and, a garden tub. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to walk out to the patio, with outdoor seating. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, the second guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer in the property is available for your convivence.  All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The sleeper sofa is for your additional guest use.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area.   No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc.,  will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on premise.

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting next week on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.
