Stylish Mountain Home Near Yosemite, Lake, Golfing
Located in beautiful, historic Groveland, this home offers the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for the entire family. Play a game on the Foosball table or watch a movie from the 70" smart TV. Throughout the grounds, take a dip in the community pool, rent a boat, play a round of pickleball or tennis (all seasonal), walk to the golf course, or spend a day on the hiking trails! You'll only be a short, 30-min drive to Yosemite, or an even shorter drive to the incredible Pine Mountain Lake.
This lovely home accommodates eight guests between three bedrooms, four beds, and two baths. In the first bedroom, you will find two queen beds. The second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed, and the living room includes a couch and air mattress. Each queen bed is a luxe memory foam mattress with decorative pillows alongside four other pillows for sleeping, so you’ll have an extra comfortable night of rest. This property features a spacious, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and thoughtful furnishings. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find brand new appliances, cookware, and everything else you’ll need for family dinners. You can also grill out on the deck, featuring outdoor seating. This home includes a dedicated workspace, featuring a desk and comfortable chair in the corner of the main bedroom, so you can work while traveling. Have an electric vehicle? Tesla and EV Charging stations are just minutes away from the house. And better yet, you can grab coffee and food nearby, while you charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $46 (per car) Guest Permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance!
Upon arrival, there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house, except for the garage, and the closet next to the laundry room. (This closet is for the cleaners) But not to worry, each room has large closets for you!
There is also an outdoor patio deck with dining table, seating and BBQ grill for your enjoyment :)
The fireplace is not for use at any time.
Although I run a super smooth, self check-in process, I can be reached anytime with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to message me on the app, and I will get back to you right away! Guests are my top priority :)
Our house is in the beautiful, relaxing gated community at Pine Mountain Lake in the historic town of Groveland CA. Seasonal Amenities include swimming pools, pickle ball/tennis courts, hiking trails, a gorgeous lake, boat rentals, and much more. We are a quick drive to the local market, restaurants, coffee shops, a micro-creamery and about 30 minutes to Yosemite entrance. There is also Tesla/EV Charging nearby. Wake up to deer and fawn right outside of the house, or see them on your morning walks.
There is plenty of parking space in our driveway, no street parking is allowed.
Everything is a short drive and/or walk away.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide me with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $42 (per car) Guest Permit fee to access the community, roadways, and ammenities. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. This is a community policy and out of our control.
**Please read all rules before booking**
-No loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings.
-No excessive noise. Pine Mountain Lake community has quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM. If the police are called, we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund.
-Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. This includes the front and backyard. Any sign of smoking will result in a $1000 penalty.
-The following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if found in violation of this rule.

-We do not allow unverified guest(s) that are not part of the reservation. Only the amount of guests disclosed will be allowed in the property, unless we have given you written approval.
Any undisclosed guest will be charged $30 per night, for each additional guest.
-Due to community rules, guests are not allowed to receive UPS, Mail, or any packages at our property.
-We make every effort to keep our home in great working order. However, no compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity (PG&E has the authority to turn off power during what they deem as High Fire Danger), gas, water, cable, or internet. The operation and maintenance of these utilities are out of our control. We will attempt to repair or replace anything that is inoperable as quickly as possible. Luckily, we have flashlights, games, and plenty of nature to keep you entertained :)
