Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

Mountainaire area receives a lot of snow in winter months and when it does, please make sure you drive in a car with 4-wheel drive. While we do our best to make clear pathways for guests, we also ask all guests to be careful and mindful of the snow and ice when it is on the property.

NOTE:
Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
NO SHOES. Please take your shoes off upon entering the home.

NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside or on the patio of the property. This includes marijuana and tobacco. No vaping. Any evidence of smoking is a $500 violation.

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FIRES OR FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND. We are in a heavily wooded area and a high risk for forest fires.

Without approval, additional guests not on the reservation will be subject to a $50 fee per guest.

Parents are financially responsible for all damages caused by children and will report such instances to management asap.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation.
