The Space:
Our place is close to everything Kansas City! It is located on the street car route (with the North Loop station) directly in front of our building in the financial district of downtown and is a short walk from our historic River Market. Numerous restaurants and shops surround our location. The highway access is fantastic and the amenities within our building are second to none.
Thoughtfully updated, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable luxury beds, dining area, cooking essentials, shampoo and soap, and Keurig coffee are provided.
Large glass windows provide a private, amazing view of the city for guests to relax and enjoy a cold beverage or hot mug of coffee.

This unit is located right at the heart of the downtown KC and there are several parking options available. Please be advise that you may have to pay for a parking spot if you are traveling with more than one car.
Additional Street Parking is Available along Baltimore St. (free on the weekends)

Located in the heart of the business district neighborhood and close to Kansas City’s finest in dining, shopping, sporting, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-70 & I-35.
Kansas City's Streetcar connects the River Market area to Crown Center and Union Station. It has stops every 2 blocks down Main Street. The nearest stop to our apartment is just one block away.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not park in unauthorized parking space--you will get towed.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
