Beach Essentials: Fully equipped with RTIC cooler, beach towels, toys, and chairs.
Dining & Cooking: Chef-inspired fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and BBQ station.
Family-Friendly Features: High chair, utensils, crib, pack ân play for infants and children.
Concierge Services: Grocery stocking, in-home massages, or local adventure tours available upon request.

First Floor:
Living room, dining area, chef-inspired kitchen, master king en suite, and outdoor patio with dining set.
Kitchen offers ample counter space for meals big or small.
Enjoy porch dining with views of the pool, Shelby Lake, and the ocean. Morning coffee comes with sunrise and moonrise views.

Custom Large Bunk Room: Luxurious memory foam mattresses (2 Fulls, 2 Twins), Smart TV, and arcade unit.
Middle King En Suite: Smart TV, hand-held shower for kids if needed.
Veranda Room: King bed, workstation desk with printer, private balcony overlooking Shelby Lake and the ocean.
Personalized fans and custom bedding ensure comfort and space for every guest.
