Privacy and comfort await you in our beautifully appointed second-floor suite with separate entrance. Take in the sea breeze and breathtaking ocean and mountain views from every angle. This space offers a nicely furnished and very spacious covered veranda with an outdoor cooking area.
Inside, the suite is well-equipped with microwave, coffee maker, and apartment fridge. A 2-burner gas cooktop, kitchen sink, and eating bar sit just outside the sliding doors. An electric skillet and InstaPot are available too. The outdoor cooking area, while not a âtraditionalâ kitchen, does the trick! Watch whales breach while making a salad or scrambling eggs!
A 5-minute walk takes you to Zippers Surf and a long stretch of white sand beach. Hike the adjacent arroyo up to the natural spring or go zip-lining across the canyon! Enjoy the convenience of nearby markets and restaurants.
Itâs nice to have your own wheels in order to get around freely, but if you donât have a car you can take Uber, a taxi, or the bus which stops at the bottom of our hill. A short drive gets you to Shoppes at Palmilla, world-class golf, Old Town San Jose, buzzing Plaza del Pescador, the marina at Puerto Los Cabos, and several Farmerâs Markets. Flora Farms is about 5 miles away and Cabo San Lucas is about 12.
We can hook you up with direct bookings for whale watching, fishing trips, yacht parties, horseback riding, and more.
Our Dutch rabbit and 2 yellow Labradors roam about the compound freely but will not bother you unless invited upstairs.

Originally from SoCal, Scott and I moved to San Jose del Cabo several years ago upon fully remodeling this home (after Hurricane Odile) and tricking out the grounds and private suite you will love. We spend lots of time out of doors swimming, surfing, fishing (weâve got the connections), hiking, and golfing. The place is magical, as youâll see. Oh! we can hook you up for fishing, whale watching, or just plain boating out of Puerto Los Cabos if the spirit moves you. Scott skippers several boats out of the marina!

Our compound is just up the hill from the main road and a stretch of beachfront hotels along the oceanfront. Youâll have full privacy on the top floor of our home, with a separate entrance, the whole deal. Our pool is totally awesome, the spa a delight, and I can assure you that the beauty of sunrise from your suite cannot be overemphasized.
Walking distance from Zippers Surf and the miles of pristine blue waters that Cabo Azul is known for, your hillside retreat will provide a welcoming respite after a day under the sun. The whole vibe is unique in its location, really. There's a sense of safety and homestyle serenity in our neighborhood. Weâve got two Golden Labradors and a Dutch rabbit on the premises. I canât promise you wonât love them. They will, however, want you to.
