This beautiful villa is something very special and will enchant you with its uniqueness on 2530 sqft.

On arrival you will be greeted by well-kept grounds and tasteful, high-quality furnishings. The slightly Mediterranean flair and the very spacious interior design gives you an absolute holiday feeling at all times. The villa is furnished with great attention to detail and offers space for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
2 bedrooms each have a king size bed, a walk-in closet an adjoining bathroom with shower, one of them with bidet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom with shower. It can be reached via the enclosed inner courtyard and is therefore particularly quiet. In addition there is a 4th bathroom, the pool bathroom, also with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms are of course fully air-conditioned, have WiFi and each have a 39-inch TV.

The living area is open plan. This consists of a cozy TV corner with a large leather couch, a 65 inch TV and the dining area, which borders the open kitchen with a walk-in pantry. For our younger guests there is a Nintendo Wii with games. There is room for the whole family at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The kitchen bar is perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack in between. French doors can be opened to the terrace to complement the open room concept. The south-facing outdoor area invites you to relax. This is surrounded by plants and palm trees, which provide privacy. The spacious pool, the lounge area and the comfortable sun loungers offer enough space to relax. The covered terrace area supported on pillars, including a gas grill and charcoal grill, gives you the opportunity to spend cozy BBQ evenings outdoors. Enjoy the view of the large canal through the built-in screen window and experience breathtaking sunsets. Additional french doors lead to the beautiful, quiet inner courtyard, which is a real rarity and an absolute highlight. The palm tree is the focal point of the courtyard and, rounded off with a fireplace, gives this villa its very special charm. Also the perfect place for reading, relaxing or for a yoga class.

Of course, a large double garage should not be missing, this is equipped with beach and fishing equipment and a table tennis table for you.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
You will be looked after on site by our bilingual property management team in German or English.
