This family-friendly Nags Head rental makes it easy for everyone to enjoy time together - whether you are preparing your meals, dining, or watching some favorite movies or shows. When it's time to retire for the evening, choose the right room for you. The mid-level bedroom has a queen bed and a private deck, while the top-level offers a king en suite with ocean views from the private deck and a queen en suite with a private deck.

Explore the islands by taking a day trip to Roanoke Island or climb a lighthouse on nearby Hatteras Island. Whatever you choose to do on your Outer Banks vacation, Nanalee II is the perfect place to stay!
Beach Access: Beach access is right between buildings A and B! Raised wooden beach walkway is just a few steps away from the home and is private to the guests staying in the Quay community.
*Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns. Visit our FAQ regarding beach nourishment and links to town provided schedules.*
No smoking or vaping. No pets. The fireplace and Jacuzzi tub are not operational. Please use a public EV charging station. EV charging at The Quay will trip breakers and is not allowed.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
