Summary:
Relax in this ground floor space. Situated on the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located just steps away. The spacious bedroom accommodates a king-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Full galley style kitchen includes appliances and cutlery. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.
Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am
-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.
-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.
-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry service nearby for a fee.
-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers.

Secluded stay

We loved how the condo/apartment was off the main drag and having our own little dock with chairs was wonderful! I spent a good amount of our time out there reading my book and enjoying the water and boats without all the noise! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The pictures dont even give it justice! The place is clean and directly on the water. There are shops, bars and the beach in walking distance. We hope to be back again!

Home away from home!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! Clean, cozy, and great views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the sky change colors, and boats go by. Close enough to everything without being right in the heart of it all. Kimberly was such a great, and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice lodging option

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip. The property was just as shown in the photos. Comfy bed, but very low. Kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast every morning. The utensils and non-stick pans were perfect. The loft was very clean and airy. I liked the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to make for a nice beach day. My husband enjoyed some fishing just steps away from the loft, and it was nice to sit outside and read, while boaters coast by. I loved the location of the loft, because we were able to walk to Pier 60, local shops, and restaurants which was nice to avoid paying for parking everywhere. I suggest replacing the bathroom sink so that the faucet pours over the basin better. As it is, you can hardly wet your cloths without getting water all over the counter. Also, the couch is hard and not conducive for relaxing to watch a movie. The AC units drip water in the living room and kitchen. AC unit in the bedroom does not cool. We were miserable at night. Lastly, I never recieved responses from the host when I sent messages asking about a couple of issues I had. We heard the running back and forth from the folks in the loft above us. Thankfully, they were accommodating when my husband mentioned it to them directly. And my husband's truck was scratched up on the side near the sidewalk, but I couldn't get an answer about seeing the property camera footage. Overall, it was a good stay.

We were coming into town for the Rock n Roll Clearwater Half Marathon. I booked this unit last minute as we didnt really want to stay in an overpriced hotel but I wanted to be near the beach. It is one of 7 units. This was our first time to Clearwater and this place was perfect! It looked better than the online pictures, super cute beachy decor, clean and the view of the bay was amazing! I would sit out and drink coffee in the mornings before we'd head out for the day. I saw a massive alligator one morning swim by which was cool (I live 2 hours south of Clearwater and it never gets old seeing gators)! We didnt arrive until really late at night and check in was easy. Lots of lights so the area felt safe at night and also when I ran during the day. Restaurants and bars are fairly close. Most people would probably walk, we chose to drive which we regetted due to the crazy parking prices! Its within walking distance to the beach too which are absolutely amazing! The soft white sand literally feels like powder on your feet! The property manager was also very easy to communicate with and we very much appreciated her! We will definitely book here again if we return to Clearwater.

CWB 2025 Spring Training

The stay was outstanding from every aspect. The listing and booking was easy and the pictures matched the location perfectly. It was easy working with the host as I had a few minor questions and the she was gracious, supportive, and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property except for the weeks I am booking…..Ha!

Home away from home is the immediate feeling you get when you walk into this unit. Beautiful decor, extremely clean and everything you need to have an amazing time. Location is within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Excellence in every way!

Incredible

The location is so close to everything and very quiet. The host answered any question immediately, and check in/check out was easy. The only bad things were the faucet sink in bathroom does not come out far enough to use , and the couch is hard as rock. Would still book here again.

Hurricane Cleanup

It was not quite ready for us from the renovation of the condo. Needed accessories in the bathroom, the water from the bathroom faucet bearly made it to the sink. You could not get you hands under the water to properly wash them. Furniture was uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay there unless there were improvements to the apartment.

Repeat visitor - great location and view!

This property has everything you might want for short stays - clean, comfortable, close to all the Clearwater Beach fun but quiet for sleeping at night. Walk to the beach, to the Pier and to local restaurants. Great deck/view right on the inter coastal for quiet moments.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was beautiful being so close to the water and Clearwater life. All the basics were provided here. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. Great parking. We would visit again.
