A dreamy backyard, community pool steps away, 30A Avenue restaurants within walking distance, and the 3 beach access points to choose from…it’s the perfect family getaway! Featuring an open floor concept, this 4 bed, 2.5 bath has so much space to lounge and hang with family and friends. Sleeps 10 and pet friendly!

- Backyard Oasis –Picture this: – string lights, loungers, fire pit (S’mores anyone!?), gas grill, and outdoor dining.
- Neighborhood: You’re less than 5 min walk to 30A Avenue – a great center for amazing restaurants and shopping. Attycat’s Arcade just opened as well- great place for the kids to hang! Cuvee 30A, Amigo's, and Aminci's are must go's on 30A!!
- 2 separate family rooms – so much space for the family to hang! Thoughtful design & modern coastal details as well.
- Fully equipped kitchen (Standard Drip Coffee Maker too for your caffeine fix!)
- Dining area seating for 6, plus additional island seating for 2.
- Full size washer / dryer available
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

The good stuff:
*Pool access: steps from your front door. You’ll see the pool to your left – less than 1 min walk away.
*Beach access:
- 3 public access points to choose from. Our favorite is Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (.9 miles away and only a 3 min drive) This is the largest county access point!! It has parking (over 100 spaces), restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98.
- You’re also 12 min walk (.6 miles away) from Winston Lane Public Beach! You can also rent a bike a cruise to the beach as well – there are plenty of bike racks at this access point.
*We love renting bikes from Salt Air 30A!
- Wall Street Beach Access: (.8 miles away, 3 min drive) Approx 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking but there is parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access
*Beach gear: We have complimentary beach towels and beach chairs to use during your stay.

Where you’ll sleep: (Sleeps 10!)
Primary bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom (soaking tub as well!), and large walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage

Bunk room: Perfect for the kids! 2 Twin over twin bunk beds with playful details throughout!
