A unique colonial building in Casco Viejo. Located in Casa Mallet at the heart of Casco Viejo. Enjoy the peace in these historical streets. You’ll be just steps away from most museums. This boutique building has years of history and has been renovated for your comfort. Enjoy a luxurious stay at this property.
This stunning 3BR penthouse features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 king size bed in the main room and the other 2 queen size. It has a lovely balcony surrounding the entire apartment, going up the stairway you will find an amazing private rooftop overlooking Casco Viejo with a swimming pool and BBQ area. The perfect place to experience the most authentic and luxury vacation at Casco Viejo with family or friends.

Please note that property includes parking on premises for 35 dollars per day.

Living my best life in Panama
Ok … where to begin?! You know when you see a place online and you HOPE it is at least have as good??? Well, this was everything you see online but you can’t capture the true magic. It was twice as amazing It was like being able to live in history BUT with every modern need being exceeded.it was so well done. The construction, the style, the details! Taste and style was everywhere. Nothing was overlooked. (I was able to have my music in every room with top technology) The pool and roof were beyond what I hoped for and had to remind myself to leave and see the beautiful city. The balcony was covered in beautiful plants and I think I’m in 100s of tourist’s photos as they walked by. Ha! Bathrooms were luxurious and SO clean and large. Toni, at the door, was almost like family. Management was like a best friend. They sweet people who kept my mess down were a joy. Even found my missing sunglasses I know this sound over-the-top, but it’s because my stay was over-the-top. I will never stay in another place. It will always be here and you all will just have to work your schedule with mine … or I take the third bedroom. 😂❤️❤️❤️ Enjoy, friends! This place was so worth it.

Location: The property is ideally situated in a peaceful and desirable neighborhood, ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance Interior: Upon entering the property, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. We were warmly greeted by the doorman (i forgot his name), very nice and inviting. (Just a tip only two people can board the elevator). Entering the apartment it was thoughtfully designed, maximizing both functionality and aesthetics. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of spaciousness. Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are generously sized the master on the top floor is just absolutely stunning. There is a tv in the master and one bedroom on the main floor. Kitchen: The kitchen is a standout feature of this rental property. It is equipped with high-quality appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage options. Additionally, the inclusion of a breakfast bar provides an ideal space for casual dining or entertaining guests. Conclusion: In conclusion, the 3-bedroom rental property I reviewed exceeded my expectations in terms of location, interior design, amenities, and overall livability. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful penthouse in Casco Viejo!
The place was perfect for six people - from the lounge space to the rooftop pool to the central location in Casco Viejo it was everything we were looking for! We had to check in a bit late due to the previous tenants leaving a bit late and the place a mess, but well worth it as the place was spotless when we entered. AC worked great, speakers were throughout the home, and the laundry was a perk too! Would definitely recommend for any family or friend group looking to stay in the heart of Panamá. We even left behind a pair of AirPods and the management team messaged me right away and we were able to come pick them up with ease. Thanks for a great stay!

Outstanding property
The renovation of this colonial style building was top notch. Great layout, decor, and comfort. The location of the building is ideal--right in the heart of Casco Viejo. The rooftop deck and balconies were perfect.
