Stunning home in the Arcadia upscale quiet neighborhood of Phoenix. Built in 1952, this charmer is completely renovated with all the comfort features one would expect to find.

It's a beautiful, safe, well-appointed, and very comfortable home with everything you would want for your getaway. Close to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Short drive or walking proximity to numerous Diner’s, Drive-Ins and Dives restaurants, shopping, golf courses, biking, hiking, arts and entertainment and sporting venues (Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamond Back’s, WM Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson Auction).
