The resort complex has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, a lovely recreation room, exercise room. Great place to socialize or relax solo.

Full of thoughtful detail and amenities, this condo is dedicated to making your stay at the Maya memorable.

This condo and location has it all! all on beautiful resort grounds with heated pool and jacuzzi, grilling areas, exercise room, billiards and more.
King size Casper mattress sleeps like a dream and the living room feels like home. A super easy pull out sleeper sofa is ready in 30 seconds. Relax in the outdoor patio and enjoy the lighting and turf day or night.

Location location!!! Walk across the street to really fun bars and restaurants. Walk 5 minutes and you're already in Old Town. Incredible shopping and dining all throughout Old Town.

Come stay for some great great events, rounds of golf, spring training (5 minute drive) or a vacation full of sunshine, relaxation, shopping and good times!

Everything is so walkable. Right across the street has two sports bars, an asian fusion restaurant, italian, barbecue, sprouts grocery store, TJ Maxx and more!

5-10 minute walk further you have all that Old Town has to offer and if you want to get in your car, you ca have some of the best dining there is within 5 minutes.

Disgusting

This owner has no respect for his guests or his property. Piles of leaves all over the patio that does not look as pictured at all, found a used condom in the couch, disgusting floor/carpeting, one usable pot in the kitchen to cook with and the bathroom floor floods when you take a shower. Was promised a 50% refund by owner--never came. VRBO did nothing even though I reported it. DO NOT stay here, you will regret it.

Decent place, nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate

Everything was mostly clean, the place is a bit dated. But everything we needed was provided. The pool was closed which really made me mad, I would never have stayed there if I knew that. Only the hot tub was available. But pretty grounds, fantastic central location, great parking. A pretty good value overall.!

Wonderful host great location!!!

Jacob was a wonderful host!!! The condo was perfect for me, and my two sons, we attended spring training in Scottsdale. Clean property has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Cannot rave enough about the heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse with billiards was fun for the kids; and everyone on the property was kind and fun. Location location location great experience I would revisit this property in a heartbeat.

A bit dated but clean and spacious

The inside is spacious with reasonable amenities in the kitchen. The back porch is just not really useable. Not attractive, no view and the whole complex looks in. The building is just old, beat up, dirty parking lot. Low income housing feel, but again, the inside was clean and comfortable. It is pretty close to old Town but not a great walk. Big intersections and strip malls, before you get there. The owner was responsive and helpful with questions. This property is, “it is what it is”. You need to save money, and want space and comfort and don’t care about the “low income housing” feel, then this property will work.

Perfect Location

Jacob’s place allowed me to visit my 102 year old mother and be comfortable while not with her. I was able to walk everywhere, including to mom’s facility, and only put 30 miles on a rental car in the week I was there. Next time I’ll just use Uber!! Wonderful place, Jacob. Thanks for the hospitality.

Born and raised in good ol' Minnesota, I gained a love of travel early (been to 75 countries!) and have not looked back! I would stay in couch surfing and hostels and realized that the people you're around, the host and support means almost as much as the actual activities that you do. So I decided to start being that host and have loved it!

Old town is amazing. This location has grocery store and amenities super close and then it's a short walk to Old Town where all the magic is! A short walk the other way gets you greenery, river and a little bit further a beautiful park with basketball, volleyball, tennis and a park to play and enjoy.

The amenities it includes, the private patio, the comfiest bed in the world! (King size Casper cloud mattress!), the workout room, pool hot tub, community center and overall effort put into the property and the home!
