THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 60" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a King bed with super comfy mattress and top quality linens and a guest room with two double beds with an en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is 3rd room with a King bed with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms with flat screen TVs , ceiling fans and quality linens. The townhouse has full size laundry machines in the garage, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away. Parking is on the driveway only, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away.

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time.

We also provide you with a Digital guest guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining.
