Missiomme: Tarjoamme vieraillemme hauskaa ja turvallista ympäristöä muistoihin heidän lomastaan kauniilla Oregonin rannikolla saavutettavissa olevaan hintaan.

Luo uusia muistoja tässä viehättävässä rantamökissä, joka sijaitsee tunnetulla Necanicum-joen suistoalueella, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä upealta Tyynellämereltä. Nauti hengityksestä ottamalla auringonlaskuja, kalastusta, roikkumista, sivutusta ja melontaa. Tämä koti on muutaman minuutin päässä paikallisista ravintoloista, ostosmahdollisuuksista, merenrantakadusta, golfista ja paljon muuta!

Olohuoneesta ja ruokasaliikkunasta avautuu upeat näkymät suistoon, auringonlaskuille ja myrskyn tarkkailijan harrastajalle. Viihtyisä ystävillesi, ystävillesi tai suosikkikirjasi takka-alueen lämpimälle vuodelle ympäri vuoden.

On hiljattain päivitetty keittiö, pesutupa ja 1. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Suurella takapihalla on katettu kuisti, joka sopii erinomaisesti kokouksiin ja peleihin. Nauti aamukahviasi tai iltajuomaasi samalla kun nautit upeasta näkymästä mahtavalle Tyynellämerelle ja Tillamook Headille.

Maiseman ympärillä koti on henkeäsalpaava, joten tuo kiikarit. Rikas ja monipuolinen maisema tukee hämmästyttävää luonnonvarojen ja meren elämää. Asiakkaat voivat vetäytyä takapihalle nauttimaan ympärillään olevasta elinympäristöstä, jossa voit istua patiolla tai nuotiolla.

Kaksi paria Bald Eagles asuu suistoalueella ja Blue Heronin ja muiden merilintujen kanssa, kun he metsästävät päivittäisiä aterioita. Upea Gearhart Elk -lauma voi jopa esiintyä. Lovely home!

I loved this little home, it was great for my kids and our vacation. There is no Wifi and no way to stream to the TV. So bring your own VHS's or DVD's. The beach out back was our favorite part, the children spent hours out there! Will stay there when we visit again!

This property is very cozy and inviting. To be right on the estuary and the beach was so fun and relaxing. We were very close to downtown also. We will be back.

I don't even want to say how great this place is because then everyone will want to rent it. It's a hidden gem that I will definitely go back to annually. The wildlife you get to watch from the property is like a National Geographic special.

Be Home in Oregon

Stayed 4 nights. Super cute and cozy, including amazing fireplace in the living room. Views to rivers and the Pacific shoreline, views always changing with the tides. Well appointed kitchen and large dining table. Close to the Prom and yummy restaurants, walk in the sand right below the property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Our host, Candace was easily reached for questions AND she even shared suggestions of places we may want to visit or dine at. It was a joy, a total magical experience!

My Oregon Experience !

Wow - Loved it! We are from Hawaii and we got the full Oregon wildlife experience staying at this Estuary property - the Eagle Family with 2 Fledged hunting low tide, Canadian Geese pairs, crows, Seagulls and a song bird singing to me every morning. Comfortable warm beds, stocked kitchen and amenities, quiet neighborhood, super clean home, nicely heated and the BEST Host Ever Candace Cady. We got our Oregon crab license and caught my first time ever 2 Dungeness crabs for breakfast. We want to come back!

Has What We Wanted Most

This property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, with a sweeping view of ocean (though far away) and lovely estuary you can explore. It is somewhat dated but not “dilapidated” —just like us 4 senior ladies that stayed there. 😁 We each had our own bed, all the supplies we needed, especially the kitchen which was very well stocked. It was mostly clean (maybe needed dusting?) very comfortable. One mile from town / boardwalk, 5 minute drive to Dutch Bro. Coffee (essential!). The only thing it needs is: Wi-Fi! Please? I’ll be back.

Great Location. Dated interior, not dirty, but not really clean

Interior and furnishings are from the 1970's. Place was clean overall, but had mold and mildew around bathtub and rug was not clean. Still had clothing and shaving gear from a previous guest, which indicates the place was not looked at or cleaned very thoroughly between guests. There is a hang down lamp in living room in the open area that is as head level--not safe. On the positive side, the location is great and the price is reasonable for a sea view. Owner is very responsive to emails.

Cozy, serene, just right for me and my brother.

The owner is very communicative and clearly puts in great effort to ensure a good experience. The house is very nice and has all the things I'd want in a beach house. It's modest, an older home with very used furniture in the living room and well-used blinds in the windows and such. So, it's probably not for those who prefer something swanky. Still, it's in excellent repair and quite clean -- though do note, the customer cleans the dishes before checkout at this VRBO, so check them before you use them. I re-washed a few. I especially love how there are NO stairs, which is nice for mobility concerns, and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a brother-sister weekend. The covered back porch is outstanding, and the view completely serene. It was a gift and we'll be back.

As described, needs some TLC

Photos and details are mostly as described. My 4 star review is to point out some places you feel the age of this house unnecessarily. Areas that are an easy and low cost investment that would make the guest experience feel a bit elevated: - Towels and bed linens. These may all be from the time grandma still lived there. All should be replaced in a crisp white - Outdoor seating. We’d have loved to sit out in the backyard after the kids were asleep, or even with them in the day, or even eat out there for a meal but there are not comfortable chairs or a table to do so. 4 hard plastic chair ($10 model from Home Depot) are all that was provided. A full patio set would be more welcoming - The dishwasher situation was tough for us, honestly. I understand it’s not built in but this is just so uncommon it needs further instruction or a manual. We guessed and felt we were going to flood the place (didn’t; whew). - The covered parking has a bird nest directly over the entrance door. Perhaps a company could come and ethically relocate it? The feathers and poop right where people need to walk was an unnecessary irritant and the dive bombs happening by mama bird were stressful on humans and birds. - The walkway down to the water must be improved. There basically is none, leading guests to traverse sharp rocks. The water front is begging for improvement (again, like the back porch) to make this more of an oasis. - Great location for kids who like to play and dig in the sand!

The home was very cozy a little dated but overall happy with our stay the views from the backyard were amazing kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to cook having two bathrooms a big plus only complaint would be lock box needs to be updated difficult to open and close other then that would definitely be back .

Great space for a family of four and great location. Decor is definitely old school but has a certain charm. Communication with owner was great. Be aware there is no wifi.

This home has been in our family since 1964. Some of my fondest memories as a child are the family vacations we took to our beach house. Wonderful memories of family reunions, celebrating birthdays or just being together as a family on a fun and relaxing vacation.

As young children my sisters and I enjoyed many days flying kites and building sand castles on the beach in front of our home, flying kites and walking out to the ocean to look for sand dollars. As teenager we were allowed to walk into Seaside to play the arcade games, enjoy the carnival rides or see a movie. With our parents and their friends we learned how to catch crab and oysters. Many nights were spent sitting around a camp fire roasting marshmallows’ for s’mores while watching the sunset.

Fun at the beach for everyone! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles north of Seaside. Located on the Necanicum River Estuary, it's a short walk at low tide out to the Pacific Ocean. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or are looking for a place for your family to relax, this location has everything you're looking for in a vacation rental.

Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, and the solitude of a canoe or kayak as it glides though the water in the estuary. Witness the beauty of the local Gearhart Elk Herd as they graze along the waters edge. Observe the Bald Eagles, and other sea birds and wildlife as they forage for food.

Walk down from our lawn onto a secluded beach to fly a kite, build sand castles or, try your luck at crabbing and clamming. Stroll across the beach and Necanicum Rivers edge to cross over to the magnificent Pacific Ocean. There you can look for sand dollars and shells, or just enjoy a walk along the ocean.

Enjoy surfing at Seaside's south shore or at Sandy Beach just north of Cannon Beach.
