      TÀmÀ "eklektinen klassinen" rantakoti sijaitsee upealla paikalla 2. rivillÀ, ja yksityinen ranta on suoraan kadun toisella puolella - harvinainen yhdistelmÀ missÀ tahansa Holden BeachillÀ, etenkin niin lÀhellÀ rantaa ja siltaa!
Sijaitsee 218 Ocean Blvd West, 1/4 kilometrin pÀÀssÀ Holden Beach-silta, paikalliset baarit, ravintolat, jÀÀtelöÀ, pyörÀ / kajakki vuokraus ja ostokset ovat kaikki lyhyen kÀvelymatkan tai pyörÀretkelle. Tarjoamme myös grillaus patio ja pieni takapiha alue lemmikkejÀ. Aikuisille ja lapsille tarkoitetut polkupyörÀt ovat saatavilla paikallisten kauppojen kanssa, ja ne ovat ihana ja rentouttava tapa nÀhdÀ saarta.
3 makuuhuoneen ja 1 kylpyhuoneen oma pieni mökki sopii erinomaisesti pariskunnille tai pienelle perheelle 4 hengelle. Kodikkaat kalusteet ja alkuperÀiset knotty mÀntypaneelit, kotimme on tÀydellinen yhdistelmÀ vanhoja ja uusia ja tekee sinusta tuntuu olosi kotoisaksi! MeillÀ on suljettu ulkosuihkualue (vain kylmÀ vesi) huuhtelemaan rantahiekkaa ja tilava pysÀköintialue, johon mahtuu 2-3 autoa. Peitetty kuisti merinÀköalalla tarjoaa tÀydellisen paikan nauttia aamukahvia, ilta-auringonlaskuja tai iltapÀivÀn merituuli. Vuodesta kuistilla on kahta ihanaa valtamerta kauniita kuvia ympÀri vuoden!

AlkuperÀisellÀ klassisella kielellÀ mÀntypaneelilla ja antiikki-itÀmaisilla matoilla peitettyjen kovan puulattian ansiosta "Carolina Country" tarjoaa sen matkustajille todellisen kodin ja historian tunteen. Eklektinen sisustus on yhdistelmÀ muistomerkkejÀ ja ainutlaatuisia panoksia useista perheenjÀsenistÀ vuosien varrella. Esimerkiksi olohuoneen pöytÀ on kÀsityö Àitini isoisÀnsÀ L. T. mukaan.Leaky "Davis, alkuperÀisestÀ alusten pyörÀstÀ kerÀttiin suoraan toisen maailmansodan Liberty Ship, pois Wrightsville Beach. LOVE this home!

We had an amazing stay at this colorful, eclectic, and cheery home. Beach access is just across the street. The house was super clean and comfortable. I loved sitting on the front porch with my pups. Ginny was very responsive with communication. We will definitely be back!!

The perfect spot

If you’re looking for a home with quick beach access while traveling with a small party, this is the ideal place to book. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 small children, the home was perfect. It had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

This home is absolutely charming. It felt like an authentic beach house. Everything was clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed - bath towels, linens, beach towels, blankets, family games, and the kitchen had everything we could have ever needed. I enjoyed the attention to detail the owners have put in to the decor, very beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved the location with the beach access right across the street. Wish we could have stayed for another week!!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I and our dog just got back from staying at this cozy and beautiful house for 4 nights. It was the perfect location with beach access right across the street and located right off the bridge. The house was SO cozy, very clean and tidy, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again! No issues whatsoever while staying there, it was all perfect! Thank you to the owners of this home for allowing us to share the comfort of this beach house for the week!

Comfortable house with great beach access

Our family had a great stay at Holden and in this house. Not far from the causeway so quick on and off the island. Beach access is just across the road. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. If your a close knit family that doesn't mind sharing a bath then it will be a great choice! We hope to be back soon.

Perfect cozy getaway with gorgeous views

Beautiful cozy, clean, comfy!! Great location, just steps from the beach and restaurants, shops. Perfect backyard for four legged babies. Decorated perfectly for a serene vacation. Beautiful Classic Carolina Beach Cottage

Superb property and wonderful owner. This classic North Carolinas beach cottage was a delight: clean, beautiful old wooden floors, brand new HVAC system that kept the house cold on a warm weekend, dog friendly with a great fenced in backyard, and an owner that was very responsive to our needs. I cannot say enough about it and I will certainly be back to stay in the future. Thank you, Ginny!

Classic Beach Cottage

We love Holden Beach and this house really added to a great overall experience for our family! Loved the cottage feel to it, beautifully decorated! Very clean house, well stocked kitchen (we enjoy cooking) and literally steps from putting your feet on the sand. We brought our dog and certainly appreciated the fenced back yard. Would definitely look at this home for a future visit. Thanks!

adorable place

I would definitely stay again. Beach access is right accross the street, grocery stores and restaurants are minutes away. The house is decorated so cute,and is well stocked with kitchen tools,towels,etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was very clean. It was great for our family,which included two kids. You can see the beach from the porch,which has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy. We would definitely stay again.

House needs repairs

Cute cottage decorations. House is in need of repairs. Backstairs scary to use, outdoor shower water comes out the PVC pipe instead of shower head, gate on front porch h falling off. Fridge leaning forward so items roll to the front. Very musty smiling. Ww left early

Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house has a very welcoming and cozy feel and is in a great location. The beach access right across the street was perfect for travel to the beach with our young kids. The fenced backyard provided a safe and fun place for our dogs to get their energy out. The owners have thoughtfully placed comfortable outdoor seating to rest on while watching the dogs play. We had one minor issue with something at the house the second morning of our trip. Ginny responded right away with solutions and sent her husband out the same afternoon to fix the issue. She continued to follow up with us during our stay to make sure we had no more problems. We really appreciated the hospitality shown not only in great communication, but in small touches around the house as well. The owners even have supplies available to use for the dogs (toys, extra bowls, food mat etc..) if anything is forgotten. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed this spot so much! Being close to the beach and views/sounds of the waves from the front porch made our family vacation convenient and fun. The location is within walking distance to a coffee, shop, restaurants, and dessert! Board games and streaming options were great alternatives on rainy days and we had plenty of room to accommodate our crew. Owners were easy to reach and very kind. Highly recommend!

Holden Beach

We’ve been going to North Myrtle for 30 plus years and decided to try Holden. Very nice (Uncrowded) beach, little traffic, and a small beach town atmosphere. Ginny’s house was perfect for the 4 of us and our two dogs. A quaint cottage style house that was very comfortable and inviting with a 2 minute walk to the beach. We spent each morning sitting in the front porch rocking chairs drinking coffee. Ginny was an excellent host who communicated with us very well and was available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a five-generation family from Holden Beach. My grandparents and great-grandmother moved here from South Carolina in the early '60s and made HB their home.
My father and grandfather were instrumental in the incorporation of the Town of Holden Beach 52 years ago (2021). My aunt, father, and grandfather all served on the Town council and terms as mayor pro-tem. My sister and I were born and raised on Holden Beach and spent many special holidays and family gatherings at Carolina Country and also lived there full time between 2002-2006. My husband Jamie is a native of the local fishing village, Varnumtown. We have 3 daughters, 30, 29, and 14. Currently, we live on a 55-acre horse farm in Bolivia, the Brunswick County seat, (which is about 20 minutes from the beach) though we love all watersports, especially surfing, boating, and SUP'ing! My husband is a carpenter, like my father, and he works on the island most every day. My oldest daughter runs her Equine business at our farm, Honalee Stables. There she coaches English competition riding teams (including the UNCW Equestrian Seahawks), provides training for riders and horses, and oversees the 22+ horses housed in our facility. Our 29 yr old is currently in her 4th clinical year as a student at NCSU CVM specializing in equine orthopedics and veterinary sports medicine where she is the class representative for Purina feeds. She also runs her own American Foxhound competition kennel, Hell To Pay Kennels. Our youngest is a rising 9th grader and loves the freedom of being able to ride her bike or longboard all around Holden Beach with her besties! Though my mother and sister now reside in Boone, NC, their hearts, as well as all of ours, remain at home in Holden Beach with the 50+ years spent there building a Family, a Business, and a Town.

This historic home represents the combination of the Griffin and Davis families, has housed five generations of the Griffin family, and continues to be a home that embodies the essence of Holden Beach like no other. The quaint, well-kept home was built in 1962 for my late paternal grandparents, James D. Griffin and Lois Dougherty Griffin when they moved to Holden Beach from Anderson, SC, and began managing Holden Beach Realty Corporation while also manning the island's only post office in the same building. My grandfather, Drew Griffin, was among the founding fathers of the Town of Holden Beach and was the first Mayor Pro-Tem. My father, James (Jim) D. Griffin, Jr., built many homes on the island over a span of 40 years and continued to be instrumental in the conscientious development of Holden Beach until his death in late Nov 2020.

If you're looking for a high-rise, hi-tech, monstrosity of a beach house that sleeps 4 large families and has 12 bathrooms--you've got the wrong house. This house is old, small, and quaint but evokes a true time-honored beach house authenticity that so many of the newer homes seem to attempt to re-create but fall short of the mark.
Early morning coffee and paper on the front porch while watching the waves roll onto the beach, just across the street, is the perfect way to begin the day; or, a jog down the sidewalk or on the strand with your favorite four-legged family member may be the activity you choose.
