What we love most is the walkability — you can stroll to the world-renowned Inn at Little Washington, grab coffee or pastries at Patty O’s Café, explore antique shops, or just enjoy a slow morning on a bench under the shade.
There’s a strong feeling of community here, but also plenty of space and privacy. The surrounding nature is stunning year-round, and we’re just a short drive from Shenandoah National Park, which makes weekend hikes and scenic drives a joy.
It’s a place where people come to slow down, reconnect, and savor the moment — and we feel lucky to call it home.

Another special feature is our peaceful, safe neighborhood, with complimentary parking for up to four cars right on the property — a real convenience in town. Plus, our location is unbeatable: just steps from the famous Inn at Little Washington, cozy cafes, antique shops, and only 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.
