It's located above Bailey's Range Burgers & Shakes & on the same block as the main downtown grocery store. The loft is close to many restaurants, cafes, bars & the iconic Washington Avenue.

All of our units are pet friendly. We do request a $100 pet cleaning fee deposit of which $50 is refundable upon checkout. If you have more than 1 pet, please inquire.

Getting Around:
This Airbnb has several different options for parking. There is always street parking available - this is first come, first serve. There is a gated lot 2 blocks down the street owned by the city and a parking garage located directly across the street. The garage is attached to the grocery store, Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or by the night for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on events in the city (such as Cardinals baseball games) but generally the grocery store garage stays consistent. There are also several great public transportation options. Laclede Cab is probably the most popular cab company in St. Louis, we also have UBER & LYFT. There are bus stops right outside of the loft building and there is a Metrolink station located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.
