An open floor plan allows guests to have space while still vacationing together. Stainless steel kitchen has plenty of countertop space and breakfast bar seating. Dining room boasts table with two chairs and a bench to seat eight. Large living room is comfortable and has views of the ocean. Two patios provide options to spread out and enjoy the views. Large, private community pool is available for fun. The gorgeous North Topsail beach is only steps away from the building. You'll love your experience here!

Making great memories on Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed staying over the holiday weekend in this clean , well equipped unit. We loved watching the sunset over the intercostal waterway from the screened porch as well as soaking in the ocean sounds and view all times of day from the ocean view porch. We were surprised by the aqua colored ocean water. The children loved both the ocean and the pool. Even though it was a holiday weekend we did not feel crowded in either location. The adults agreed that we could come back here. We found the owners to be responsive and very helpful to all of our inquiries.

A breath of fresh beach air

It was an enjoyable relaxing week. Got some golf and fishing in and beach time. Anybody looking for shells, this is the beach to look for different type of shells. As for the condo it was in wonderful shape and very clean. You will get your steps in for the week.

Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated condo. It does look like the pictures you see online and it is very easy to communicate with the hosts should the need arise. Basic supplies located in the kitchen came in handy for fixing our own meals too. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and relax while being able to see both the intercoastal waterway and ocean at the same time. The other porch was a good view of just the beach as well. This is a fabulous spot that didn’t feel overcrowded and had a short walk down to the beach or pool. It’s a good spot for families and everyone around seemed friendly. It was our first time in the area and we were grateful for picking such a good location.

Wonderful week away

Everything as it appears in photos. Beautifully decorated and clean. Host very responsive, even got us a blender delivered. Only negative was climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage/supplies as we are almost 60 years old. Thankfully our adult son and his wife were there to help. The 3rd floor views are incredible and we watched 3 different fireworks shows from the back porch. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

This is a fantastic spot! This was a long weekend trip for our family of 6. Even with all of us, we didn’t feel cramped. The layout of the condo is spacious and inviting. The large dining table definitely came in handy. The house was clean and very well equipped with what we needed. The beach chairs that are provided were a huge bonus! The pool was nice for the afternoons and wasn’t overcrowded. The views are beautiful from every room. The coffee that is provided was so delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. The beach is just a skip away and it is easy to access. The owner is friendly and was very responsive to our needs. Overall, we had a great trip and cannot recommend this place enough!

Relaxation and beautiful views

We loved this place! Our 1st time to Topsail. Wonderful spacious unit. Welcoming coffee was awesome and appreciated. My oldest daughter and I spent almost all day on the beach swimming and reading. It was great having beach chairs and an umbrella included with the unit. Lots of beach toys too. My 15 year old went between ocean swimming, pool swimming and the tv. Condo has everything you need including comfort. We really loved the ease of beach access. The stairs were great exercise for the whole family!

Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful week at this property! We will definitely stay here again. My kids enjoyed the courts and games at the playground area. We had easy access to the beach. The property is on the ocean and has beautiful views of the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway with a lovely screened porch. The condo was super clean and was beautifully remodeled. It is well appointed with everything we needed for staying in and cooking our meals. Bonus points for extra sharp knives! The owners were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Beach, and this condo was wonderful. Everything is even better in person than in the pictures. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, and that the owner makes sure that you have everything you need. The views are amazing from both porches, and the community is very quiet and friendly. My family makes fun of me for being so picky, but I have zero complaints about Jay or this condo. Jay is very detailed and clear in his communication. He answers questions promptly and thoroughly. He even provided a bag of fresh coffee grounds (big plus from my mom that stayed with us). If you're trying to decide if this is the place for you, just book it... you won't regret it!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. I am a property manager and do a lot of inspections and tend to notice things most don’t, and I don’t have anything bad to say about this rental. This property is well kept, clean, and maintained. The condo owner and the property management both do an awesome job and I would recommend staying in this unit! The beach impressed us as well. We have been going to Gulf Shores for years on vacay, but wanted to go closer to home this year. My only experience with an east coast beach was North Myrtle Beach for many years, which has darker water. However, North Topsail is nothing like Myrtle. The waters had an emerald like color, and the waves (on calm days) could be compared the gulf at times. This trip has changed my view on East Coast beaches, and we will return. Thank you!

Can't Wait to Stay Again!

Where do I even start? This was an amazing place to stay in North Topsail. It was so beautiful inside and exactly as described. The condo was super clean, updated and had everything we needed during our stay. After booking/before checking in, the communication was outstanding and the hosts made sure we were comfortable even before our arrival. The condo was extremely well appointed with lots of space to unpack in the bedrooms/closets. There are beautiful views of the ocean from a great balcony. And the views just keep coming with a front, screened in porch with amazing sunset views. Access to the beach was just steps away and made it super easy to grab things back at the condo as needed throughout day while we were down at the beach. There are several nice places to eat nearby and a little Tiki Bar/convenience store about 1 mile to the north with miscellaneous needs, drinks, coffee, ice cream and delicious pastries. This condo was such a lovely place to stay - both inside and out! We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others! We can't wait to go back. Thanks again Jay and Jamie!

North Topsail Condo Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in April 2023. The condo is freshly renovated and very well stocked for all your needs. The furniture, appliances, everything is new. We really enjoyed having two balconies, one with partial view of the ocean for mornings and the "sunset" balcony facing the intercoastal for the evenings. The owners did a great job communicating and answered all the questions. The check in is straight forward, I found the App was the most useful with the door e-lock for quick entry. The closets are spacious and have plenty of drawers for all your belongings. The living room is spacious with lots of seating. The dining table is large and seated us all comfortably. The air conditioning worked great. Washing machine and dryer are new and worked great. The smart TVs are nice and are in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked with gadgets and there was even fresh ground coffee for us to use on the 1st morning, it was wonderful. It was April so the pool was not opened yet, we did use the grills outside one day, they are picnic style charcoal grills situated away from the buildings and there are at least 2 of them that we saw. Overall it was a very comfortably stay and was enjoyed by my family. The condo is on the top level of a 3 floor walk-up without an elevator, so the move-in and move-out days have their challenges, but once you are up there, the views are great and amenities are top notch. There is plenty of beach and in April the beach was not crowded at all. We would stay here again!
