Ideal for families, this vacation home features a private hot tub, seasonal pool access (May to September), and breathtaking oceanfront and soundfront views from four spacious balconies. Unwind while sipping sweet tea, watching the sunrise over the ocean, and enjoying the stunning sunsets over the sound.

The open-concept living area offers a relaxing atmosphere with a cozy living room and a large island for family game nights. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze and adds to the comfort of home.

On the first floor, the luxurious primary bedroom includes a King bed and a private oceanfront balcony with private hot tub. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a standalone shower. A second King bedroom with a private sound-view balcony is just down the hall, with a full bathroom just steps away.

The top floor includes two additional bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Double bed, plus a shared full bathroom. The upper level also boasts an open living space and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large granite island with seating for three, and a dining table for six. Step out onto the deck off the living room, which features a counter-height table and four chairs—perfect for sipping wine while listening to the sound of the waves.

Nice view

House was very nice as far as amenities and updates. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. Hot tub was nice but it was outside of main bedroom which means everyone is in and out of the main bedroom to get in.

Christmas-time Getaway

This was a perfect place for our family getaway! We have two college-aged kids, and wanted to find a way to spend a few days isolated as a family. This was an excellent choice. The house was clean and well furnished, you could not ask for a better spot on the beach, and it was close to groceries and restaurants. The hot tub was a fun way to spend a chilly night, as well.

Short Notice

It was a last min family decision to go out of town, we are 2 hrs away and had the best time on such a short notice and Denise was wonderful thru the whole booking process! Will definitely be back!! Even our little fur baby had a great time.

Perfect Week - Perfect Place

Everything went so smoothly with this rental. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen EXTREMELY well-appointed. Everything was clean - beds, baths, kitchen and its gear. Elevator came in handy for our pup. Access to the beach is easy and steps away and the waves were perfect during our stay :) Very very very good communication with the property manager - best we've ever encountered. This was a perfect week on the quiet end of Topsail.

Beautiful property right on the beach

Property is very clean & just about everything you will need is there. The dishwasher was not functional which was quite inconvenient for a week of cooking. Was obviously not working for a while before we came in bc the smell inside it was awful. Otherwise an enjoyable stay!

Great property find! Brand new, nice location with awesome ocean front AND sound views. We chose this place because we needed an elevator and pet friendly, but it had so much more. The kitchen has quality tools for the chef and Good storage for pantry items. The linen service was perfect. We appreciated the welcome kit to get us started. And best of all was the view from the master bedroom! Perfect to watch the amazing sunrise from your very own bed! The management was a pleasure to work with. We are planning our next visit for fall!

The property was quite clean and comfortable. The AC system was not functioning in full at arrival and it was repaired during the visit, although one technician arrived unannounced. The exterior pool being built needs to be cleaned out prior to visits as sitting water attracts pests.

Great dog friendly, beach front place with an elevator!

My family and I stayed at “In A Minute” for a week after Christmas. It is a lovely brand new home with a lot of perks! It has a very well stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances, that we enjoyed cooking in every night. It is beach front and dog friendly! It nice to be beach front and not have to climb lots of stairs every day. The elevator was a necessity and key to our booking this home! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach with our pups. There is also a perfect place located across the street to take them to the potty! Linens were included and were delivered prior to our checking in. They even launder all the quilts before each visit! In summary, we throughly enjoyed our stay at “In A Minute” and North Topsail Beach and we look forward to returning.

Great oceanfront property

This home has a great location, with a direct view of the beach and ocean from the well-furnished balcony off the third floor living room. The kitchen was great and had all the tools we needed. The bedrooms and living room were furnished well. The two main rooms on the second floor have a good amount of space, but it's useful to note that the two rooms with twin beds are cozy and sound travels easily from them to the kitchen and living room. Also, as I think was stated in the property description, internet worked intermittently - not sure if that's true all the time or due to transient circumstances like congestion or weather (power cycling the modem and router helped once, but not every time). Most importantly, access to the beach via a staircase over the dunes was immediately adjacent to the property. Also useful to know that the beach was not typically crowded directly in front or toward the right side (there's a condo to the left and the beach is a bit more crowded in that direction). We'd be happy to return here for another beach vacation

Peaceful Easy Stay

The home was welcoming and clean. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Not one complaint, as this was our 3rd year at North Topsail. My husband says it's the only place we've stayed that everything works and he was right. Thank you all sincerely for our peaceful stay and we're looking forward to next year.

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well appointed waterfront condo especially the elevator. The welcome bag was stocked with everything we needed. The sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound were amazing. The only suggestion we have is to put reflective tape on the edges of the triangular stairs at the 1st and 2nd landings. Communication with management was excellent.
