Despite COVID, supply chain issues and then Hurricane Ian’s wrath, MANY but not all renovations have been completed (new 24x24 floor tile in inside entry/LR/DR/guest bath, new carpet in both bedrooms, LR/DR/guest bedroom new floor to ceiling blinds, new ceiling fans, new king mattress, new linens, many furniture upgrades, fresh paint throughout, pebble floor in the master shower, upgraded doors and trim, new DR chandelier, etc.). But any future upgrades can’t supersede its pristine location where occupants have seen manatee and tarpon lurking right out in front.
And once past Burnt Store Marina’s Security Guard’s station, maybe you too will feel the “calm”.
Please note this is in a complex with full time residents, snow birds and rentals; a noise ordinance exists.
The community’s heated swimming pool which is in the sun all day. For additional fees, public golfing, health club and tennis courts are nearby.
Certain beaches are approx. an hour depending on post Hurricane Ian restoration. And, of course, the North Shore Marina is right out the condo …..if you can find a slip for your boat.
