Located in Seagrove Beach approximately halfway between Seaside and The Hub, you'll be hidden from the crowds but still centrally located to some of the area's best shops and restaurants. With two community pools (seasonally heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, cornhole, and multiple community grilling areas, Beachside Villas has something for everyone in the family. An entire community exterior renovation was completed in early 2023 so all buildings have new windows, siding, and sliding glass doors. During the renovation, this homeowner took advantage of a great opportunity to do a complete upgrade inside the condo as well! You'll enjoy fresh decor, new furnishings, and comfy new mattresses in Sea Legs, making it the perfect choice for a classic Florida beach vacation! Dig your toes in the sand after only a short 3-4 minute walk down the community's beach boardwalk. For even more relaxation, enjoy your spacious covered balcony with the fresh breeze straight off the Gulf of Mexico. It's the perfect space for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book in the breeze or toasting an iconic 30A sunset. Sea Legs is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, which can comfortably sleep eight guests, so grab your family and friends and head to the beach.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Community Amenities
Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.

Beach Access: The Sugar Dunes Public Beach Access is just around the corner, under 500 ft, from the Beachside Villas Condominiums, only about a 1-2 minute walk from this condo down the community's beach boardwalk access. There is a beach boardwalk with an outdoor shower rinsing area toward the front of the community. There is not a beach vendor setup at this location for professional beach chair setups. Guests must bring their own beach gear to and from the beach.

If you would like to use professional beach chair setups, the closest access point for vendors is the Walton Dunes Beach Access, which is about 0.7 from the home. There is not a vehicle parking area at this access, so it is accessible via foot/bike only. It is about a 2-3 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk.

Parking
Beachside Villas offers a spacious parking lot, with a maximum of two vehicles per condo. Guests can only have two passes for vehicles or golf carts. Vehicles without the proper parking pass displayed will be towed at the owner's expense. Two parking passes will be provided in the condo and must be displayed at all times during your stay.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
