This two story townhouse has been recently renovated for maximum comfort and convenience. Located near I-75 and NFRMC. This property gives a great alternative to local motels with its full kitchen, two king sized beds and balcony.

Includes cable TV with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Amazon Prime.

Welcome to our newly remodeled two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. This cozy and inviting home is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to explore the city without breaking the bank.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the modern and stylish interior of the living room, which features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is also brand new and fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. There's a dining table that seats four, so you can enjoy meals with your group.

Both bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The full bathroom is located upstairs, while the half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.

We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow pets in our home for no extra pet fee.

In addition to the newly remodeled interior, the townhouse also has a private outdoor patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or relax with a book.

Our townhouse is located just off of I-75 and a few minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions.

We want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable and affordable stay, which is why we offer competitive pricing and discounts for stays 7 days or longer.

CLEAN PET FRIENDLY TOWNHOUSE

I stayed here for my son's graduation with my dog. It was clean and not far far from Celebration point and some dog parks.

Townhouse

The townhouse is super clean and everything in working order. Great communication with John. The neighborhood is older but felt safe and enjoyed our time there.

Everything was excellent. The only issue was the mattress in the first bedroom has a hole in the cetnter and made it diffficult to sleep comfortably. Other than that we enjoyed the place.

Nice 2-Story 2 Bedroom condo

Nice 2- Story 2 bedroom unit. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages. He was interested in the very few ideas I had to make this unit better for everyone. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and I-75. Fairly close to UF campus. Amazing for the price. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay.

Hidden Gem

In what appears as on older neighborhood but don’t be fooled the inside makes up for it. All updated. Beds were very comfortable. Ease of location was great as well. The best part was the communication with the owner. Fast response times and kept us informed on what was required from us, which pretty much was just enjoy the stay and be hassle free. Highly recommend this owner and property.

Everything I needed

This unit is one of two in an older duplex in a neighborhood of older duplexes and townhomes. The unit has a washer and dryer for clothes and good internet/WiFi connections. I took a 3 hour online test while there that went smoothly and uninterrupted. There is one tv in the living room with streaming available. Interior looked recently remodeled and very nice. Backyard was very convenient since we traveled with our dog. We were comfortable walking our dog around the area, but didn’t find walkable stores or restaurants. Gainesville has most everything in easy driving distance and delivery services were available at the unit. It’s a 30 minute drive to Chi University and the back roads to this unit are pretty.

Clean

The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault.
