Paradise awaits in this stylish and centrally-located 3BR house. A panoramic view of the Lake of the Ozarks in the perfect location, for all activities on and off the water. Located close to the Grand Glaize Bridge near mile marker 19.

Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed | Living Room: Sleeper Sofa

Bathroom: Full bathroom on both 1st and 2nd floors

Outdoor Living: Private balcony, dock w/ boat slip, patio furniture, dining area, three decks, marina, lake views

General: Free WiFi, linens & towels, hangers, electric heating, central A/C, paper towels, iron & board, keyless entry, hair dryer

Parking: Driveway (3 vehicles maximum) Parking is VERY TIGHT. Black top parking lot right behind the house, shared by several other surrounding houses. No more than 3 vehicles per group. Many options nearby to keep extra cars, but difficult to keep at the house.

Dock Access: Complete access to private dock with swim platform. Unlimited boat stall access during your stay. The water can be VERY ROUGH during the peak season, dock boat at your own risk! We would advise against keeping personal boats at the dock due to the rough water conditions, but it is an option if you insist on it.

Upon arrival, we were shocked to see that the owner did not reveal that the home very close next door is severely burned and needing demolition. We later learned the fire happened 10 months before, and listing photos were not updated to show this. Very scary and ugly and ruins the outdoor experience.There is no one there to meet you and document property condition for check in or check out. You are sent a code the morning of. On the plus side, the property was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Regarding vehicles… The listing says 3 vehicle parking, but then you’re told 2 maximum. Also, in spite of my questions on the property access and drive incline, he failed to mention it is VERY steep, narrow, and windy. Huge hill. It takes skill and a fearless temperament to drive down unscathed. Nice that the owner did apologize, but when we expressed that under the circumstances, what we paid for 2 weekday nights in off-season for this was too much, and asked for a 25% discount, he refused. Strange, because he had messaged offering 25% off an additional day to stay longer (which we did not). We feel sorry that the fire happened, but the property price needs to reflect this, and guests need to know. He thanked us for leaving the place in excellent condition.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Osage Beach in the offseason is pretty quiet and it was especially quiet at this property. But we were looking for a place on the water that would allow us to relax/unwind for a few days, so it was perfect. We had a few issues w the internet the first day but Daniel was very responsive. He also gave us some good recommendations for restaurants in the area. We could see how this property would be in the center of the action during the summer months! Great location!

Spring Break

The house was great! It was comfortable and clean. The decks are amazing! We enjoyed sitting in the morning drinking our coffee watching the herons and ducks. The owners were very responsive, replying almost immediately to any questions. The location is convenient to get almost anywhere. We especially enjoyed Ha Ha Tanka Park and Stark Caverns. We highly recommend spending a week here enjoying all the area has to offer.

Great stay

This lake house rental was perfect for my family and me. Check in was easy, rental was as advertised and location was great. The king beds were incredibly comfy. Lastly, host was very responsive and polite. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great Views

House is as listed. Little tricky getting down to the parking area and house, but well worth it. Views from deck are amazing, House was nicely decorated and very clean. Location is great as you are close to everything. Highly recommend.
