Casa Piper is right in the thick of the townâs social scene. You get a bit of it all here, with the lively Plaza Celaje out front, the Beach Club on one side, and Playa Danta on another. The bike access point for the tropical reserve trails are two minutes away, or take a quick walk along the water to shops and restaurants.

When you stay at Casa Piper you'll enjoy exclusive, complimentary access to the Beach Club. This perk offers a savings of 30 USD per person, per night.
Relax and unwind at The Beach Club, a premium space that offers gym, swimming pools, a full variety of food and beverages, and much more, every single day of your stay. Reservations required.
Once inside the home, the first two floors are exclusively for bedrooms. A strategically designed layout puts the guest master, bunk room, guest bedroom, and oceanview master suite (with its own terrace) together.
Reversed living means the kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the top of the home, capitalizing on the expansive ocean views. Itâs the best place to recover and refresh from the exciting days here, filled with sunset beach barbecues on Playa Danta, mountain biking through the trails, diving with sharks and manta rays at the Catalina Islands, or relaxing poolside at the nearby Beach Club.
Las Catalinas is a growing town, so thereâs ongoing construction, mostly on the edges of town as new buildings, shops, and homes are built. The construction teams work hard to minimize any disturbances to guests and homeowners, but itâs possible that activity will be visible or audible during your stay.

While Casa Piper is located in the most quiet and peaceful side of town, it's important to note that Las Catalinas as a whole is rapidly evolving into one of Costa Rica's most unique beach towns. As the community introduces new and exciting projects, we want to assure you that the development team is committed to minimizing any construction impact on guests. However, please note that some construction activity may still be visible or audible as you walk around different areas.
