At home, kick back on the covered porch–an ideal spot for morning coffee or a nightcap, or gather around the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils to handle whatever meals are on the menu. An upstairs loft area also comes furnished with sofa seating and a smart TV for flexible entertainment. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Property was great. Good size. Loved the full size bunk beds. Appliances were not great. Coffee maker didn't work (needs descaled). Dishwasher was super loud while running. Ther p on the bunk bed that

It was okay not great not bad. Needs some more cleaning and things need fixing. A little bit of attention and it will be a great place, a little bit less and not so great. I left a day and half early. Because it wasn’t that great.

I enjoyed the proximity to a nearby hiking trail. I would stay here again...but not in the summer with a heat wave. No air conditioning!

So not clean

I have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was the dirtiest I have ever been in. The first day we were there I had to clean something on the floor in the kitchen with a paper towel and the towel was black. I then went to other parts of the floor and the whole floor was discussing. The whole house was very dirty. If you want something that is clean then don't stay at this place. If they would put some money into this place it could be a nice place to stay. We even talked to neighbors and they said the place is in very bad condition. We will be going back to Pinetop next year but will be finding a different place. Just saying this is not a clean place to stay.

Great experience

I was most impressed by the linen and pillows that were available. They did not skimp out on quality. Everything we needed was available. The customer service was top notch. I would give a higher rating if I could.

Less than desirable

The property itself is in ok shape, everything a bit worn. It should specifically state in the VRBO description that the house has no AC as the upper level gets extremely hot and ventilation is poor, making windows hard to access and cooling of the condo for sleeping at night impossible. One of us had to sleep out on the couch to access airflow. When we arrived, bed on lower level was not made, additionally the bathroom on lower level had a clogged drain which made showering challenging. Use of hot water in upstairs bathroom caused high pitched noise to emanate from plumbing. I initially made communication with Vacasa management company only to discover I was likely chatting with an AI-generated support line which offered no resolution. In the end Vacasa offered "partial" refund of cleaning fee. I think additional refund of at least one night would have been much more appropriate.

Beautiful location.

Beautiful home. Great location. Clean and tons of parking. If staying, bring trash bags, paper towel/napkins, wash cloths.

Cozy spacious cabin

This place was tucked away in a nice cozy area, super quite and roomy. The only thing that would've ben nice to have would've been a snow shovel to help dig my car out when it got stuck in the snow. Great place, would stay again
