Stunning, secluded, custom built craftsman home with over 2 acres just north of the charming Village of Suttons Bay. Open concept living, Grande Hot Springs hot tub, outdoor fire pit, & main level master suite. Very close to wineries such as 45 North, Aurora Cellars, & Tandem Ciders. A short drive from the beach, TART trail, shops, and restaurants of downtown Suttons Bay. Feel the tranquility of Leelanau County while still being close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear dunes, Northport, & Leland.
We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $25 per night per pet. We do have some pet rules that we ask you to abide by.
- House broken pets only.
- Please crate pet if you leave your pet home alone.
- Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
- Please keep pets off furniture, beds, and carpeted bedrooms.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid (minus the 10% processing fee). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (minus the 10% processing fee). Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

1.2 miles from 45th Parallel Park/Beach along M-22. Property has a large, open yard surrounded by beautiful hardwoods. The neighborhood is rural and agricultural. We love this property because it is very private.
There is plenty of parking. The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate a boat trailer.
This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parents and couples. Enjoy rejuvenating in the Grande Hot Springs hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the expansive wrap around deck with gorgeous forest views, and making memories around the campfire, fireplace, pool table, and ping pong table. We recently added a water treatment system and Reverse Osmosis! You no longer need to buy/bring bottled water - you've got the highest quality filtered water right at the kitchen sink!

In this house, we have our favorite couch, our favorite mattresses, our favorite hot tub, our favorite dining room table, and our favorite ping-pong table. We love coming here to enjoy them and think you will too!

The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

You will have ample parking in our driveway. We also have extra parking on the side of the garage. We have a 2 acre lot with lots of woods surrounding our place.
