This peaceful retreat is immersed in a natural garden in a secluded spot surrounded by typical stone walls and fences to guarantee our guests' privacy. The lamia is meticulously restored by local artisans using ancient techniques like cocciopesto structures, lime paintings and eco-cemented flooring. All modern amenities have been provided respecting original details. The house is accessed from the outside terrace naturally shaded by the beautiful oak tree. The barrel shaped stone lamia features a fully equipped kitchen with annex dinner area. A corridor provides access to the sleeping area with a high quality king size bed and a separate angle with a single bed. This area can be completely shaded using the wall sized linen curtains. A walk-in closet provides ample space for clothes and storage. The adjacent bathroom is fully worked in cocciopesto style.
The atmosphere on the shaded comfy outside terrace is enhanced by the soothing sound of the water fountain of the nearby pond. The outside kitchen boasts a separate 'trullo' structure with a traditional (pizza) oven. Two large concrete worktops with a sink allow you to prepare dinner in the coolness of the huge pine tree while overlooking the valley and the infinity salt water pool, fully built in plain concrete style. The pool is an 'endless pool' ie it has a jetstream built in which pushes a constant current of water allowing you to swim infinetely.  The whole outside area is illuminated at night creating a cozy and romantic ambience. Wifi connection is available throughout the whole property ie inside and outside. Finally a washing machine can be found in a separate storage structure near the house.
