This 3 bed, 3 bath home has been stylishly decorated, includes a heated pool and spa, fast WiFi, and TONS of outdoor space. Comes with a fully-equipped Kitchen, BBQ, and everything you need for your stay in the desert. Relax in our hammock or play on our newly constructed, professional bocce ball court!

This beautiful mid-century modern is a true gem. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living room area, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-law suite with private entrance and bathroom.

The house itself is clean, stylish and comes with everything you need including large TV, exercise bike, dedicated work station and so much more. The backyard is massive and includes a large heated pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, hammock and bbq.

It’s the perfect place to relax, swim and enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert.

Centrally located and a fantastic neighborhood just a stone’s throw away from all the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife you could ask for.

El Paseo is a quiet and charming shopping area in Palm Desert. Tons of wonderful shops, restaurants and nightlife. A wonderful oasis in the middle of the desert.

You can walk to the downtown area of El Paseo, but a care or Uber/Lyft is needed to get anywhere else

Maximum daytime occupancy - 8

Cars permitted at anytime – 3

No smoking indoors.

No outdoor music at all.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.

POOL HEATING: A $1,500 deposit will be collected after you book. At the end of your stay we will send you the gas bill and the remainder of the deposit.

Pet fee is $500 per pet, up to 2 pets allowed.

**By City of Palm Desert, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city.

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.

5. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Desert. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
