This adobe home was built in 1927 yet it has a hip, modern feel. This 2/1 house is filled with unique vintage treasures. It is nestled in a charming residential neighborhood within walking distance of the city's most sought-after attractions including theater, restaurants, galleries, and cafes. This cute adobe has recently been renovated. Ring security cameras located outside entrances and free parking in the driveway for two vehicles.
Upon entering this traditional adobe, you'll find a cozy keeping room with a vintage mid-century-modern fireplace (restoration in progress). It's the perfect place for guests to chat with friends or curl up with a book.
The light, bright kitchen/dining area is the heart of the home. The dining table seats four comfortably and is perfect for meals, conversation, puzzles, or game nights. The room is full of natural light from the high windows and glass French doors that look out onto the backyard. Conveniently located off the dining room is the kitchen. Stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, and appliances to make cooking at home a breeze. For coffee lovers - the kitchen includes two coffee makers – drip and Nespresso – plus two old-school mokas for espresso.
Two large bedrooms - one with a queen-sized bed and one with a king. Both bedrooms have comfy memory foam mattresses, Roku TVs, and ample closet space. The larger bedroom off the kitchen has a king bed, a large dresser, and a blackout shade. The front bedroom closet also serves as a utility closet with a stacked washer/dryer and HVAC system. (The new HVAC system is located in the closet and when the fan kicks on, it can be a little noisy. We are in the process of enclosing the HVAC but no construction will take place during your stay.)
The private outdoor space features a covered portal, “coyote fence, gas grill, and al fresco dining seating for six. For those nights you don't feel like going out to eat, you can grill in the private patio and hang out with family or friends around the chimenea. The patio is also the perfect place for morning coffee and evening margaritas.
The basement (renovation in progress) will soon be a wine cellar and “listening room” complete with a turntable, vinyl records, and old-school stereo. There will also be a Roku TV, DVD player, and DVDs to watch old movies or stream sports.

What to be aware of:
- One full bath
- Historic home with steep stairs to the basement and step down into some rooms
- New HVAC and stacked washer/dryer in the closet of queen bedroom and can be noisy when on.
- With a 100-year-old adobe, we are constantly making upgrades. Remodel of the basement, upgrading trim work, and utility room are in progress.
Guests have access to the house, as well as the charming portal and private front patio and driveway. Convenient keyless door code for easy access. The code will be sent to you before your arrival.

- This home is in an old Santa Fe neighborhood. Please be kind to our neighbors.
- The outside of this home is monitored by Ring doorbell security cameras.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Upon booking, we require all guests' names, ages, and contact info. This is for insurance purposes. Personal information sent is kept private.
- If you are staying longer than 10 days, we provide and require periodic house cleaning services. Our cleaning person needs 4 hours with no one in the house to clean, change and wash linens, etc. We will coordinate with you to schedule a time for cleaning.
Rates are subject to change during the high season (July-Aug, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years). Please inquire if you are interested in a month or longer stay outside of our 3-month booking window.
