Please note: This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. No parking on roadways, at gates, or in non-paved areas – driveway parking only. Roads in Catawba Falls Preserve are paved and easily navigated.
