The space
This huge apartment (2200 sq feet) is decorated with a palette of colors inspired by modern Mexican architecture. The cheery décor coupled with the floor to ceiling windows in every room make this space airy and light. With its open floor plan and spacious bedrooms it comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Ideal for a gathering of family, friends or couples that want to vacation in style or those that just want to get away from it all in a beautiful setting.
Get a great nights sleep on the king sized memory foam beds in any of the bedrooms. Each room also comes with a Smart TV, A/C and has its own attached full bathroom. Take in the marina and ocean views from the balcony with a glass of wine from one of the local wineries, be lulled to sleep for a nap on the coziest of couches with the sounds of ocean waves in the background, or cook to your heart's delight in the magnificent kitchen.

After retiring, I wanted to live by a calm beach. I fell in love with this property the moment I stepped onto the balcony to look at the marina and the sea. The spacious bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows sealed the deal.

This condo is a 5 min walk from the beach and is sunny, bright and airy. I built a beautiful chef's kitchen and added some final touches like a jacuzzi and smart TVs to every room to make it a dream. Excited to share it with others!
