595 Wildwood Spa can be found in the world-renowned Sea Pines Resort, lying on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. In under a 10-minute drive, guests can be enjoying Harbour Town and South Beach Marina, filled with shops, restaurants, and water sports.
A few steps in the foyer brings guests to the main floor of this 2-story villa. The open floor plan welcomes guests in for a warm, relaxing stay with all new flooring. Furnished with a sleeper chair upstairs and new sectional couch in the living room, the living room is filled with natural light from the large, glass windowpanes leading to the spacious deck. The dining area has seating for four at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family dinner and more.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, furnished with a king-size bed, a flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity. The sliding door in the bedroom allows for additional access to the back deck overlooking the golf course green. On the second floor, the area is furnished with a twin sleeper chair and access to the washer and dryer in-home laundry area. The second-floor bedroom contains two extra long twin beds, flat screen television, double closet for storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub combination.
The back deck has seating for 6 around the patio table and a charcoal grill. Additionally, guests can enjoy the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley pick-up area across the street, readily available to transport guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Guests will also have access to the Wildwood Spa's community pool and tennis/pickleball courts just steps away from the villa. The key for the gate to access these amenities is hanging on a hook next to the front door. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and water sports are a ten-minute drive away, providing plenty of activities for the entire stay!
