⚠️ 2026 ANNUAL POOL CLOSURE:
Please note the resort’s indoor pool will be closed for annual maintenance starting January 7, 2026, with maintenance running through January and February. The pool is scheduled to reopen in early March 2026.

Notes:
-guest will be asked for their email and to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-$100 each one-time Pet Fee - only 2 pets allowed, must be house trained and crated when owners not present. Any pet related damages will be taken from guest’s security deposit.
-Guests will be charged $49 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $1,500 to provide for a worry-free stay.
