Enjoy the outdoors! Sunset Park is walking distance only 0.4 miles away, with a large field that allows dogs off leash at certain times, a playground for kids, picnic area, softball and tennis courts. A plethora of other trails for off leash dog walking, biking or hiking start at only 0.3 miles away, at the end of Ussery St.

Ester Simplot/Whitewater park is 2 miles away! Esther Simplot Park is an expansive 55-acre site encompassing approximately 23 acres of ponds suitable for fishing, wading, swimming and paddle boarding. Park amenities include open play areas, wetlands, two reservable shelters, Friendship Island, a playground and restrooms. This park is located on the greenbelt so you can ride your bike or walk there, at Quinn's pond, you can rent paddle boards and canoes as well as practice your surfing on a surf wave!

Hyde park and Camel’s Back Park 6 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike.

Historic Hyde Park which is the heart of the historic North Side where there are beautiful homes and cottages, shops, restaurants, and a fantastic place to walk around and take in the atmosphere. Walking distance to several yoga facilities, or stroll back in time at Goodies Ice Cream and Wilkers Toy Shop. Start your day at Certified Bakery, a locally owned bakery where they make to die for sourdough English muffins from scratch and has the best coffee in town, and pick up dinner from their cooler, they have amazing chicken pot pies and a plethora of options to choose from. Then, after dinner, head to The Royals a fun cocktail bar. Both are super walkable distance from the house.

Camel's Back Park is an 11-acre urban park in Boise, Idaho, managed by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department. The park includes picnic tables, play areas, an outdoor gym, practice fields, and facilities for tennis and volleyball and is home to the Hyde Park Street Fair filled with local vendors, live music and food trucks.

A “sub” urban retail area of the age of Hyde Park is unusual for any community. It rivals such famous areas like the Niles District in Oakland for its character and quality. Here you will find Java, Goodie's Candy Shop, 13th Street Pub, and North End Pizza to just name a few eateries along with treasured boutiques.

This home is also only 5 minutes from Bogus Basin road. Drive up 30 minutes to Bogus Basin to ski in the winter or bike and hike in the summer.

Great short term rental for visiting nurses as Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center 3.3 miles, a 12 minute drive and St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center is 3.7 miles, also a 12 minute commute. Albertsons is a 3 min drive, 1 mile away.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.

-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
