Lofted NYC Vibe in the heart of the trendy South End Arts District of beautiful Burlington, VT. This unique renovated two-story home has beautiful forested outdoor spaces and is also walking distance from restaurants, breweries, art galleries, wine & coffee bars, performance venues. Enjoy. glorious views of the Adirondacks from the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain which is a 10-minute stroll to the beach where. you can swim kayak or explore the Burlington Bike Path.

Upstairs you will find soaring ceilings in the open great room, a master bedroom with private 1/2 bathroom and one more bedrooms, and another sleeping area. The fully renovated downstairs features a full bathroom, a retro industrial-style kitchen and a family room. There is a huge flat parking area that can accommodate a full size motor home or maybe even a tour bus (additional cost) with up to 30 amp power. Walk or short uber to the daily downtown train to NYC. Other nearby/walk to amenities include City Market, Nomad Cafe, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Scout, The Spot (amazing breakfast and lunch) Small Dog (Apple) electronics. And the best pizza ever steps away at Pizza 44! Be a part of the history of this former office space that we have transformed into a home, and each day making it more and more of an awesome place for your Burlington experience.

Long weekend in Burlington

Home was in a great location - very walkable to everywhere really. We really liked that early risers can go downstairs to the kitchen and sitting room and not disturb those still sleeping. Mini splits in all the rooms was a very convenient and appreciated feature.

We loved the home's unique layout, which really allowed our party to retreat to separate spaces if desired. We also enjoyed the outdoor area in the early morning and evening. Perhaps the best feature was the home's location, which did not disappoint given the details we reviewed prior to booking. In addition to the great restaurants, coffee shops, and businesses, within close walking distance, downtown/Church Street was a pleasant 30-minute, leisurely walk. I'll also note how easy it was to access the Burlington Greenway, a paved path along Lake Champlain that was particularly enjoyed by the runners in our group. Communication with the host before and during our stay was great -- any questions we had were addressed promptly. His information was very helpful and felt welcoming.

South Burlington Sleeper

Just up for a quick visit with UVM student. Great location, everything you need is in walking distance - coffee, breakfast, groceries, beer, pizza, parks, etc. Multiple skiing locations within an hour. Owner was very responsive, flexible and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more out of a rental. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed here for three days with our 2 and 4 year old daughters. We loved the ability to walk to Breweries and coffee/breakfast. We also loved the outdoor patio. The host was super responsive. We had a great stay!

Family trip to Burlington

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Easy to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops, the Burlington Farmer's Market, and other spots. Highly recommend this place for your next visit to Burlington!

comfortable and cozy in a great location

the house is very comfortable for a family with a nice back yard for more relaxing. plenty of places to be together and plenty of space to get some space form each other. located in a quiet safe and clean neighborhood it is also just a few hundred yards from 2 excellent brew pubs a pizza place that is a revelation and excellent coffee, chocolate and bagels. walking distance to the hidden gem that is the venetian soda lounge.

Thanksgiving

We stayed in Burlington for Thanksgiving to be close to a relative who just moved there and couldn’t come to us. This cost house was great for the occasion. We did have thanksgiving dinner catered because the kitchen is really not big enough to cook a big meal and the over is definitely not big enough for a turkey. This house delivered on everything promised. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and we had a great stay.

Eclectic, Charming Split Level

Beautifully staged home, lots of amenities for your stay. There was a brief, minor issue with a sink, that was immediately repaired the next day. Owner very responsive and helpful. Amazing location in a quiet neighborhood close to pizza, brewery, breakfast, coffee, and the Island Line Trail for easy walk and bike access into town and beyond.

Wonderful Home and a Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully done. Lots of wonderful touches that are both decorative and practical. Two great living areas and very comfortable bedrooms. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere up and down Pine Street all the way to Church Street. There are so many great things to do in the neighborhood from zero gravity brewing to pizza 44, the farmers market, and walking to Lake Champlain. The host was responsive and very helpful. We could not have asked for more. If we have the opportunity to visit Burlington again, we will certainly try to stay at this home again.

A little magic

Tucked away in a Wonderful location, this artistic home provides comfort with a museum like atmosphere…so much to look at.. attention to details that provide comfort. I think they thought of everything. I was truly impressed with both the inside and outside. Perfect location to restaurants, cafes, stores, UVM, the water, hospital, comedy club, downtown…. Quiet yet eventful… even though it rained on us a lot, I never even noticed… I will be back!

Comfortable Stay

The house was very comfortable, clean, and modern. Our group consists of three female cousins who try to get away for a long weekend annually. We each appreciated our own bedrooms with individually controlled temperatures. Having the kitchen on the lower level worked out well for us—some early risers and others staying up late. Everything that we needed was supplied and it was nice to have walkable options for food and drink. The location is on the outskirts of a residential neighborhood.

Perfect getaway in Burlington

We stayed for UVM parent’s weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I think my daughter’s description says it all. She described it as a Dr. Seuss house - meaning the humble exterior belies the magic inside. The host’s thoughtful preparation is present throughout, from the seasonal candles with lighters at the ready, to the tissues and flashlights on the nightstands, and window coverings to ensure privacy. The downstairs seating area was perfectly suited for an early riser to start his day while I slept soundly upstairs in the comfortable bed and shockingly quiet bedroom. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is steps away from excellent food and drinks, and to top it off, it is an easy stroll to the lake. The house is spotless and decorated with an artist’s sensibilities. The linens, towels, fixtures are all new. You couldn’t make a better choice while visiting Burlington.
