✅ Guests do *not* need to drive any steep hills to access this cabin. However, Hochatown is full of dirt (country) roads, and this is one of them! We recommend bringing trucks, SUVs, or higher-profile cars whenever possible.
✅ We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking inside. Max of 16 people at all times. Bunk room is best suited for kids.
✅ Security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
✅ Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone.
✅ We do not offer cable but rather high-speed internet for streaming.
✅ A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. You will receive information about the rental agreement, security deposit, and optional travel insurance via email and platform message after booking. If you have questions before booking, please message me and I’d be happy to assist.

✅ Please be advised that occasionally McCurtain County institutes burn bans in response to local weather conditions. When a burn ban is in effect, the fire pit may not be used.
✅ This cabin is part of a beautiful natural setting such that wildlife including snakes, bugs and bears may make their presence known. We ask that guests keep doors closed at night and remember that as hosts we cannot control the movements of animals on the property.
