Perfect for a family reunion, holiday celebration, or other group gatherings, this unique beach house offers something new and exciting around every corner.

Start with delicious meals prepared in the open, chef's kitchen complete with deluxe cabinetry and upgraded stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a breeze! Dine at the enormous farm table indoors, then spread out and discover multiple living spaces, including a main-level room with a table and chairs, sofas, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave - perfect for rainy day board games or lazy afternoon reading. The main living area is adjacent to this space and offers plush leather furnishings and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

You'll also find a fun-tastic game room with a pool table, upright arcade game cabinet, and foosball table. The expansive loft includes a shuffleboard table, ensuring plenty of opportunities for friendly competition throughout this home.

Outdoors, gather around the firepit as the stars come out overhead.

When it's time to turn in for the day, choose from the comfortable bedrooms, including a separate suite with its own kitchenette and a kid-friendly loft!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for Family Celebration

The house was perfect for our large multi-generational group. The large separate bedroom suites for the adults and the loft for all the cousins was such a great set-up. Adults can hang out in the kitchen while the kids shot pool and played foosball! The kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed and more. We loved being out of the bustle of downtown seaside but steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back again!

Large home with many amenities and excellent beach access. Bathrooms and bedsheets clean upon arrival; however, home very dusty throughout. Outside garbage cans full upon arrival and not picked up by city for three days. Kitchen lacking in some necessities… only one medium frying pan, minimal large utensils, two thin pot holders, no Tupperware for leftover food storage. No instruction booklet for in home amenities (I.e. gas fire pit, fireplaces, tv/cable). Also no smaller amenities such as lighters or pen and paper. Living room space not conducive for large groups… home sleeps 15, living room holds 5. Tankless water-heater a plus. Poor upstairs ventilation on hot days. Overall, good space for large groups. With max capacity, we never felt crowded and enjoyed our time.

Minimal cleaning and regular maintenace needed. Very old house that is needing some care and a real cleaning. Kitchen also had ants on counters. One exterior door was broke and wasn't even entirely closed leaving large gap for weather, insects and or rodents. Could be opened as it wouldn't lock. Large picture window had up to a 3/4 inch gap to outside. We've never stayed near the beach with a house that was so neglected. Host living at house was very nice and Co. also called and said they would come back and clean. We decided it would take too long and disrupt our family trip. Huge old house and great location. I wouldn't recommend for young children. Too many items located throughout the house that could fall or cause injury. Our expectations were not met and disappointed especially for 5K for three nights. Made some great memories as we do every year. I'll add some pics and might need to zoom to see several items as mentioned. I'm a Google Travel Guide and will wait a few days to hear back and hope to talk to someone locally.

Great place! Walking distance to the beach.

This spacious house has a bunch of offerings. The kids loved the game room upstairs, my son is sure he is a suffleboard professional at this point. There was a large selection of kids books that made night time reading fun. It is within walking distance to painted rock beach, which was a lot less crowded than the main boardwalk. The trail is bumpy, so wheelchair or wagon would be hard to get there. The main living room and the kitchen area do not have any privacy curtains, so it feels like you're on display with people looking in through the windows as they're heading to the beach. Towards the end i started waving at people, most of them took the hint, but some waved back, we found it entertaining. We loved that this place was dog friendly, our pup's favorite place is digging holes on the beach. With it having 4 king size beds and 7 twin size beds we hoped there would be more seating in the living room. We had to pull in chairs from the kitchen to accommodate everyone for our evening movie watching. The breville expresso machine that is in the main kitchen pictures, is not on site. I was told it was removed some time ago. Unfortunately, it is one of the reasons we were excited about this place. But don't fret, good ol' mr. Coffee is still there to brew your morning cup of joe. Overall we had a wonderful time, there was plenty of room for 10 people 1 dog. The beds were comfy, and the water pressure was wonderful. It's a quick 4 minu

Family weekend getaway

There was three separate family units, 1 senior couple. Family of four, dad/mom, 5 year, 3 year. Family of 5, dad/mom, 7 year, 5 year, 3 year. We were able to have areas of the house for enough separation for sleepingLots of fun things to do in the house, games and age appropriate activities. Great kitchen to prepare meals in and large dinning table for all 11 of us to sit around.

Women’s Getaway

The house is like a museum! Each room with a king bed was fabulous, comfortable too. It had a kitchen for real cooks, gas stove huge refrigerator, dining room perfect for 10 topped off with a Chihuly Glass chandelier. There could be a bit more outdoor lighting, it’s pretty dark out there. A 10 minute walk to the beach, literally, 10 minutes! A small view of the ocean from the dining room, washer and dryer downstairs, stocked children’s library and even a vintage video game in the pool room. The room with all the twin beds is pretty roomy for all the beds with storage cubby’s. Every closet as full of extra blankets, each bedroom had extra pillows. Even the complimentary soap and shampoo was Dove brand. We have a few getaways we do a year and this will be the destination for every one. At first it seemed a little spendy until we got there. Wow, is it worth it!!!! Obviously you can tell I can’t say enough.

Family Gathering for our 50th Wedding Anniversary

We are a 5th generation family visiting Seaside. All of us were visiting from the mid-west, eight adults and 4 children. We loved this house! We all enjoyed the game room during down time. The kitchen was huge and had lots of equipment and plenty of dishes and flatware for our large group. The refrigerator was plenty big enough for our needs. We were a short walk from the beach and we actually saw whales! The house was well equipped with a barbecue and beach chairs. We really recommend this home for your visit!

Goonies Tour 2024

The slice of life house is the most unique vacation house we have rented, and we have rented many. There are all kinds of interesting relics and artifacts displayed in the cabin like house. The house needs some detailed attention to dusting and minor maintenance, and it would be fantastic. The location is desirable. Walk out the front door, walk about 300 feet on a gravel pass and you are at the beach. This part of the beach is very quiet for the most part but only a mile from all of the touristy, restaurants, shops, etc. 15 miles from Astoria, Six or 7 miles from Eola and canon beach… Fantastic location

Family reunion 7-2024

This was the best beach house we have found for our family reunion. Loved the master bedroom off from the rest of the house. Beds comfortable. 2 living rooms gave space for puzzles and visiting. We hit 4th of July fireworks which was nice to see from the south end of Seaside away from the crowds. Kids LOVED the game room. Several used the wet suits and boggy boards. Kitchen appliances all worked. 2 ovens are nice for a large group. Suggestions: Kitchen needs a major clean up. Glasses on higher shelves greasy, chandler has cob webs. We washed any dishes, bowls before use since they are sitting on an open counter. Broken chair in the 2nd living room. Could not find a dust pan.

Great location

Great location, close to beach but hard to get wagons, across. Perfect for multi families, kids room was awesome. Definitely an older house with “charm”, smells older and a little like mildew in some areas. Some doors didn’t work, anti slip for rugs and a deep clean would be nice. Lots and lots of stuff! Listed as a non smoking property but lots of cigarette butts in the drive way. Nice to have access to garage to store bikes, lots of equipment available (bikes, beach chairs, etc). Overall good stay.

Great house, would stay here again, just a few minor issues

We had a great time with our group of 8 adults and 7 kids (all aged 5 and under) and would likely stay here again. There is lots of room for the kids to run around and it is located right across the street from the beach entrance. There were a few minor issues, the first was that there were no blinds or curtains in the entire house. We had to hang up some towels to block the sun from shining in our faces while sitting at the dinner table and our kids all had a hard time falling asleep with the sun still out. Many of the doors in the house did not latch or work properly. The upstairs bathroom simply did not close or lock so we had to put up a sticky note when someone was in there and put a towel on the inside floor to keep the door from swinging open. There were also ants inside the house, mostly saw them in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom.
