Great home and host

This house was great very comfortable and clean. Great neighborhood and everything made you feel like home and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property it was a great experience.

In town for baseball. Close to stadium. Host was great about responding and very helpful. Lots of fun!

Perfect for what we needed.

We were in town for a wedding. The place was easy to get to, check in was easy, check out too. The house was clean and roomy and gave us what we needed for the price. We would recommend the place for others coming for the same reason. It was affordable and accessible. A good experience for us.

Fit the needs for a group of adults attending baseball games

The house was as described and worked well for our group of adults. It was very close to Diablo Stadium. Living area was great and good for watching a movie or game on the large screen tv. Our only issue was the backyard. The weather was perfect for the outdoor and there was no furniture outside and tbe yard was very overgrown. The owner was very,quick to respobd to the propane being out, so we could still bbq. I would suggest fixing tbe masterbedroom windows so they opened. Overall, it was a good house and we enjoyed our stay

Run down and not clean!!

This place was not as advertised. Upon checking in we found a plate with worms and beef in the spice cupboard which smelt the whole house. Upon calling the host they said there were too many guests (there were only 6 of us) so instead of giving us a refund they said they wouldn’t charge us for the extra people?! They claimed that the cleaning lady must’ve missed that plate even thought it was clearly intentionally covered up by a napkin and had been sitting there for more than a few days. The light didn’t work in one room and overall the place was not in a nice neighborhood and the house was also not very nice. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Better than an airport hotel

This property met a very specific need we had - access to Sky Harbor car rental garage so we could drop a car off at 5AM to make an early flight, while accommodating two couples. The combination of price, space and location was excellent - much better than getting two rooms at an airport hotel. Unfortunately the location was something of a drawback if you wanted to access decent restaurants or entertainment. There was a lot of industrial shabbiness to the neighborhoods between both Phoenix and Tempe and the restaurants were pretty much all fast food joints. It's 25 minutes in non-rush hour to get to downtown Tempe, so this would not be a great location for someone looking for "cool vibes". As with almost anywhere in the Valley there are highways and arterials nearby so you can travel easily enough but it would probably be a drag to spend a week doing that. The immediate location of the house is a bit rundown and we were awakened by the sounds of nearby dogs in distress that continued through much of the night. The house itself had plenty of room, the beds were new and comfortable and everything seemed to work well. The backyard was not really usable despite having a grill due to being overrun with weeds. Host was responsive and the house was well stocked with towels, soap, etc., so as mentioned above, if you're looking at an airport hotel, choose this place instead - you'll save money, have more space and the surroundings will be on par with any airport hotel.

We have lived in Phoenix for over 15 years. We have 4 wonderful kids and love the outdoors. South Phoenix is a vibrant community that offers the best views of South Mountain. We love hiking and strolling through the natural desert trails in the valley.
