HOUSE RULES: By accepting this reservation you agree to abide by all house rules:

* You must be at least 25 years old to book and it is required to have a photo ID uploaded to your Airbnb account and a picture of it sent to the host.
* All instant bookings must contact the owner within 48 hours to verify age with a valid photo ID & total number of guests.
* Booking party must be present at the time of check in, no third party bookings allowed.
* 5 people MAX
* No additional guests permitted on the property!
* No parties
* Only 2 vehicles are permitted to park on the property.
* No pets + No smoking due to allergies - If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
