This is a waterfront home with great views of Lake Eufaula. It offers some of the best sunsets on the lake. You can walk down to the deck that overlooks the water and leads out to the waters edge. This area is not sandy, but the swim area is just minutes away at 9 Marina. Downstairs you can enjoy the enclosed patio with a hot tub and fire place. Upstairs has an enclosed sleep patio with outdoor weather curtains to keep out the rain. This patio does have it's own air conditioner, but can get a little warm in summer months. For some, it may not be comfortable enough to sleep at night, but during the fall and winter months, it is perfect. The driveway is paved, but steep.

There is corn hole outside and a grill for cooking out. Sit in the chairs on the covered porch just enjoy nature.
