Not too happy

1- They didn’t change the entry door code for the entrance which we used to the same code the previous occupant used. It's absolutely not acceptable and not safe at all. Literally, anybody can access it while we are out. 2- The cleanness of the floor is completely bad. We had to throw away all our socks. 3- The manager doesn't have compassion. 4- The location was great but no designated parking spot.

Friends reunion

As much as we loved the place we have to be honest with our review. Pros: bathrooms were clean and great. Beds were clean and comfortable. House in general was clean. Loved the peaceful and welcoming vibe. Cons: one of our friends found orange buggers on the wall by his bed. The dumpster on lcation was over flowing with trash and was never pulled out to be picked up. The dishwasher was turned off and not attached to the counter at all. And once it started to work, water would flood the kitchen. The thermostats were on low battery the trip. I contacted the manager and he said he would send someone over asap. But i guess the batteries never lasted. Location was the worst. Druged and drunk peoples are squating at the empty building beside the house. Smoking drugs and always asking for money for sexual favors. Not my cup of tea. No washer or dryer at all. I understand the house is "a work in progress " but for the money we payed you can buy a washer and dryer by now. Parking was a nightmare. If you didn't find it on the block you would have to park elsewhere and risk your vehicle to get broken into. We made the best of our trip, but we will not be staying here again. And we dont recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful

The property manger was great. He responded pretty quickly. Check in went smoothly. The place was amazing, my family and I loved the aesthetic 👌🏾. The inside was so beautiful. The house is close to the bored walk and the beach . It wasn’t a long walk .
