Best pool ever! It has waterfalls for pleasing sound and a bridge to stay out of the sunshine so you won’t burn. The bed was so comfy and we enjoyed watching tv when sun drove us indoors. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo, complex, and location!

We loved our stay at Anne‘s condo. It had everything we needed and more. The indoor space was clean and bright, and we really appreciate the balconies on either side of the condo, two with an ocean view, and the other facing the town. The pool and grounds were nicely looked after and we especially loved sitting on the loungers under palapas by the ocean. If given the opportunity, we would love to stay here again!

Great Condo and Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their property - the condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well-equipped, including a dishwasher. The condo was spacious and would work well for two couples or a family. We had several questions upon arrival, but Anne was quick to respond. The location was perfect for us - far enough from the town square to be quiet, but within easy walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. There’s no need to rent a car unless you’re planning to tour the area. We would certainly stay there again.

Great condo!

This condo is amazing. It’s spacious, great layout, comfortable furniture, and has a very well stocked kitchen. Extra touches such as blown glass drinking glasses including margarita glasses were appreciated. The location of the condo is perfect, right on the beach, with an area to sit under palapas on lounge chairs, all provided for the guests. It is a short walk to restaurants and the town square, about a 15 min walk. We stayed for 10 nights. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our 2 daughters, and two grandchildren. The condo was roomy enough for all six of us. The host, Anne was easy to communicate with. For any needs, such more water or toilet paper, we contacted Ramon who responded quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

The property was clean and location safe, very quiet and just steps away from the beach. Anne was great in responding when we needed assistance. It was a lovely and pleasant stay. I would recommend this condo as it was very spacious for myself and mother.

Great location !!

We spent 3 weeks here. Condo was very spacious, kitchen was fairly well stocked with bowls, pots and pans etc ( fell short when it came to things like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags :for what we paid all those things should be supplied) Beds and bedding were good, towels could use replacing ( stained) . Pictures were deceiving : there are 3 tiny decks, none big enough to have an outside dining table so that was disappointing. Plus side was it was nice to have a front deck facing the street to escape the wind. Oh the wind....the wind blew all day and night for 3 weeks straight, at night we had to sleep with earplugs because the patio doors and hurricane shutters banged incessantly. Truly...if wind isn't your thing, this is NOT the place for you. Pool area was good, altho the pool didn't get cleaned as often as we would have liked, lots of days we swam in debris that should have been skimmed off. No BBQ grill, guess I missed that in the description sadly. The code we were given did not get us into the gate, others had issues too. Make sure you have Ramon's contact info so you can message him to rescue you at the gate. Ramon was very responsive and we were very grateful for him. Thank you ! The very best thing about this place was the location. It was a lovely 4 block walk to the center of town,we felt very safe walking day or night. No such thing as a 5 star in Mexico, so I only gave 4.

Beautiful week on the beach!

Gorgeous condo perfect location. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views pool and beach at your doorstep. Very spacious much bigger than expected. Nice 10 min walk to town by Street or beach to anything in town. Several beach bars just down the beach. Snorkeling off the beach a plus in front of Don Ernesto's - under water cenote about 50 yds out. Even got to meet Diana Nyad there doing screening for her new film! Would go back here in a heartbeat!

Fantastic apartment and location

Apartment and location was great. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Puerto Morelos while also having the benefit of the beach and pool right on your doorstep. Also a great beach club next door for food and drinks and another one only 250m away. No complaints at all about the apartment. Spacious and very clean and the owner was very responsive with any queries

This property location is perfect. We walked practically everywhere. It's about a quarter mile from the plaza. Manager very responsive. I'm very glad we booked this condo and hope to do it again for hopefully a longer stay. Thank you so much!

Great property, excellent location

Our stay was wonderful. The property has plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance on either the street or the beach. It’s about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile to the center of town. There is a large grocery store there as well. The property was clean with amenities. There were two bedrooms with a lot of closet space/drawer space. Both bedrooms had a bathroom attached and there was a third common bathroom. There were three decks/patio, two facing the ocean. The pool was extremely spacious with plenty of lounge chairs at both the pool and near the ocean. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely recommend it to others.

A nice place

Our short stay was pleasant. Lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. The whole extended property is well kept. (Hard to do for rentals in Mexico.) The pool was big and clean. Other people on the property were mostly extended stay grandparents. Communication at all stages was easy.

This property is owned by 3 couples from Minnesota and North Dakota and Arizona who fell in love with this little community on the Yucatan. Owning a condo gives us an opportunity to enjoy the area ourselves as well is making it available for others to enjoy. It has become a favorite vacation spot for each of our families. We are hoping to get a photo of all of us soon. For right now, this is a photo of Dave and Anne on a very rare beautiful Minnesota Autumn day.

There is so many things that we love about this condo. It's stunning view, modern features, spacious rooms, multiple decks on both sides of the condo, and direct access to both pool and ocean all are part of what drew us here.
