Bedrooms are comfortable and have new AC units along with the rest of the property. The outside is well illuminated, has fences that protect the property surroundings. It is very well located walking distance to “Calle Loiza and Ocean Park Beach”, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies etc.

The Space:
PORCH/BALCONY: As you entered you will find a spacious and breeze balcony with a comfy chairs.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM: The living and dining room is an open space concept where you can gather with your friends or family. The apartment is decorated with modern art and plants giving the space a modern tropical look. It counts with air conditioning.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave, refrigerator, 4 burner stovetop, blender, coffeemaker, and cookware. It’s connected with the dining room and wonderfully decorated.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are designed to give you a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable rest. They have blackouts and good quality linen for your comfort.

BEDROOM ONE: This bedroom is very spacious. It has a King-size bed, closet, 60 in smart tv, and an air conditioner.

The entire apartment is private and you can access all areas.

The unit is conveniently located by Calle Loiza known for amazing restaurant such as Azucena, Sabrina, Egg Joint and many many more, as well as plenty of hangout spots and 2 blocks walking distance to the Ocean Park beach, visited by locals and tourist alike.

Getting Around:
Units location wont require you to get a car. Uber is very accesible. If you want to visit the island a drive far maybe get a rental for the day.

Other Things to Note:
The property does have parking, street parking will be also available, in the front of the house there will be a space and It will be on a first in first serve basis, make sure do not block any House/ Property car entrance.

There is not generator.

$55 pets fee per stay. Dogs and cats only. No weight or breed restrictions. Most have vacs up to the date.
