Located in the privileged Real Amapas Conchas Chinas gated community, Villa Puentes is the ideal breathtaking vacation home for a world-class home. Upon walking through the secluded enclave, you're immediately embraced by the manicured gardens alongside the charming walkway.
The space
The renovated & picturesque three-bedroom home features an open dining area & fully equipped chef’s kitchen on the main level, adjacent to the 270-degree Sunroom and expansive terrace with a city and sunset view private pool.
The top floor features the en-suite main bedroom with vaulted beam ceilings,office/fitness area, & terraces overlooking Banderas Bay. Both classic & contemporary, Villa Puentes offers exceptional vacation home experience that’s just a stone throw away from the sandy white beaches of Vallarta.
Things to Know:
* BASIC Housekeeping is included in your stay. Housekeeping is not provided on Sundays or Holidays.
* Access to our Concierge Service is available during your entire stay
* Meal Service available with an extra fee.
* Heated Pool
The South Shore is where the foothills of the Sierra Madre meet the ocean, creating spectacular views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta.
Other things to note:
NOTE: *Our Villa PUENTES is in a residential neighborhood. Silent hours are enforced after 11pm. A fee of $300 USD will be deducted from security deposit for violation.
*Our Villa is just for our guests only, no external invites allowed.
