The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets, countertops, & fixtures! There is a NEW sofa & love seat in the living area and NEW sleeper sofa in the den area!

Your family will enjoy two separate living areas with a twin trundle bed and the queen sleeper sofa in the den space for kids! The dining & living areas walk out to the large wrap-around Gulf front balcony. This unit is a corner unit on the 3rd floor overlooking the east side pool. Easy access to the center steps to the pool & beach! There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Enjoy waking up to breathtaking beach views from the King bed in the Gulf front primary bedroom. The adjoining primary bath features a garden tub with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and adjoining full bath, with a separate tub & shower area. In the den area is a NEW queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed with trundle. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests.

The BEST part of staying in UNIT 305 is the million dollar view of the Beach and Gulf! It is the perfect spot to look at the blue green water and watch the sunset over the Gulf!
