Experience the best of both worlds at Park City Galleria 510, ideally located on Historic Main Street. Enjoy summer strolls to shops and dining, while winter brings easy access to ski rentals and Park City Mountain Resort via the Town Lift. With the convenience of the Old Town Transit Center nearby, explore Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction hassle-free, making this property perfect for every season!

This bright and airy studio condo features 385 square feet, a newly renovated kitchen featuring a full-size induction range, modern dishwasher, brand-new refrigerator/freezer, and bar seating for four. Fully equipped with a microwave, waffle maker, toaster, instant pot, slow cooker, blender, and hand mixer. Additionally, the condo features one full bathroom, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.

You will access this fifth-floor condo via the Galleria Mall and private access to the building's elevator and stairs. Stepping through the front door will put you in the studio main living/sleeping area.

Main Living/Sleeping Area: This space has a comfy sofa, ottomans and a 45” Roku Smart TV. Remove the sofa cushions for access to the queen-size Murphy bed. There are also two XL twin Murphy beds and easy access to the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and mountain views.

Kitchen: Fully remodeled in 2023 the modern kitchen provides all the equipment and utensils needed for your delicious creations. There is smaller-size gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker), microwave, and bar seating for two.

Bathroom: The shared full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo

Community Amenities: Take advantage of the large community rooftop deck with a natural gas BBQ, tables and chairs, with views overlooking Main Street, as well as ski resort views. There is also a communal hot tub and laundry rooms.

Hot tub: Yes, communal

Laundry: Coin-operated ($1.50/load) front load washers and dryers in the communal laundry room with utility sink and counter.

A/C: Yes, central air conditioning

Pets: Not allowed

Great Unit in Great Location!
My son and I stayed for a four day weekend and had a really positive experience. The unit was fully furnished with nice appliances and linens. The check in and out instructions were very good. Hot tub was really clean and functioned well. It was a very short walk to the lift and the in town location right on Main Street was awesome. The only negative was parking. Youre given a pass to the public garage next door, and while it is very clearly marked that it is permit only, folks disregard that and park in all the spots, especially on weekends. The permit only needs to be much better enforced - people unfortunately dont follow the rules. Even with that inconvenience - we would definitely stay again!

Great little place
This little place was perfect for my husband & I. Location was excellent…rt in the heart of Main Street. Walked to town lift, restaurants & bars, shopping, ski rentals, etc. Condo had everything you could possibly need and was very well thought out. We will definitely return!
