Tervetuloa "Varpaat veteen" meidän lahden edessä huoneisto kaunis Gulf Shores, Alabama. Kiitos, että otit aikaa katsomaan, mitä meidän huoneisto on tarjottava. Yksikkö on 1300 neliömetrin ylimmän kerroksen kulmayksikkö, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, joissa on lisäksi queen-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Meidän huoneisto mukavasti nukkuu 9 aikuista. Se tarjoaa upeat näkymät rannoille ja laguunille kompleksin ylimmässä kerroksessa sekä suoran näköalan uima-altaalle, jotta lapset pysyvät silmällä.

Keittiö / Olemme juuri uusineet keittiön uusilla kaappeilla ja laitteilla. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ruoanlaittoon suurta keräämistä varten. Ruoanlaittovälineet ja astiat ovat uusia.

KIINNITYS / Meillä on suuri ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6 ruokaa, jossa on ruokasali, jossa on 2 ruokailutilaa. Parvekkeella on myös pyöreä pöytä ja tuolit ulkona ruokailuun.

Makuuhuoneet / On kolme makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on oma kylpyamme. Lagoon-puolen makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja pääsy laguuninäkymän parvekkeelle. Mukava tilava vaatekaappi, uusi turhamaisuusalue, jossa suihku ja poreallas. Tähän huoneeseen kuuluu uusi taulu-tv. Tämä makuuhuone on riittävän suuri aero-vuoteen pienille lapsille. Aero-vuode on käytettävissä.

Keski-makuuhuoneessa on uusi täysi ja kahden hengen vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on turhamaisuus, wc ja suihku. Uusi 19 tuuman taulu-tv dvd-soittimella.

Rannan puolella makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyamme suihkulla. Kylpyhuoneesta pääsee myös asuinalueelta. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös TV ja DVD-soitin.

VAROITUKSET / Huoneistossa on kaksi parveketta. Suurin katettu parveke on rannan puolella. Siinä on kaksi liukuvaa lasiovea pääsyyn olohuoneesta ja Beach side -makuuhuoneesta. Pienempi katettu parveke sijaitsee laguunin puolella pois makuuhuoneesta. Se tarjoaa upeat näkymät illan auringonlaskuun laguunin veden yli.

Tupakointi on sallittu vain parvekkeilla. Valitettavasti yhdistyssääntöjen takia eläimiä ei sallita. Ei edes omistajat lemmikkejä! Ei meidän ideaamme!

KAAPELI / INTERNET / PUHELIN Olohuoneessa on 32-tuumainen taulutelevisio, jossa on DVD-soitin ja kaapeli. Kompleksi tarjoaa WIFI-internetyhteyden tai jos haluat DSL: n, voit tuoda oman kaapelin. Puhelin ilmaisille paikallispuheluille.

LINENS / HOUSEKEEPING / Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Keittiöalueella on pesukone / kuivausrumpu, jossa on erillinen vaatekaappi. Vedenlämmitin on uusi ja tarjoaa runsaasti kuumaa vettä lomallesi.

POOL / BEACH ACCESS / COMPLEX-PERUSTEET / Kompleksissa on upea nollapaikan uima-allas, jossa on kaksi lapsi-allasta uima-altaan molemmissa päissä. Allas on Gulf Shoresin pisin uima-allas, jossa on istuinalue keskellä. Kylpyhuoneet sijaitsevat k��tevästi uima-altaan lähellä. Ei juokse edestakaisin huoneeseen. Jokaisen lapsipuolen vieressä sijaitsee varjoisa huvimaja. Suuri rentoutumiseen ja pelikortteihin pitkän päivän jälkeen auringossa. Allas on suuri, ja siellä on runsaasti aurinkotuoleja. Suihkut sijaitsevat porttialueen portilla, jolloin hiekanpoisto pesee pois. Kompleksin kummassakin päässä on paikan päällä oleva grillipaikka grillipaikalla.

PARKING / Pysäköinti on käytettävissä 20 dollaria. 00USD per ajoneuvo, jossa on 2 ajoneuvon rajaa.

Ocean House sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Mobilen ja Pensacolan välissä. Biloxi, MS-kasinot ovat vain kahden tunnin päässä!

Great stay

Beds could be a little more comfortable, the vacuum needs updated, the broom and mop that is in the condo for the renters use need to be updated. The mop isn’t good and the broom handle was very short.

Nice vacation

The overall vacation was nice. The lobby needs a major scrub down as it smelled like urine. Our condo was nice there were a few things that didn’t work, but we dealt with it the toaster didn’t work and the dryer took forever to dry clothes. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins. My other daughter enjoyed sitting on the Bayside balcony. We loved the location as our older kids could walk to the hang out.

Great layout but needs serious cleaning.

Loved the condo but i felt like i needed to clean when i got there, bathtub in master dirty,so we're tables and the rug in kitchen needs to be thrown away, my biggest complaint was not being able to put up tent on beach, me and my husband are too old to walk 2 condos down and set up and take the risk of being told to move again, we should have been told this before we came and its not the city it's the condo association, after $80 dollars for umbrellas it went well.More info would be great!

Just Beachy

Amazing experience from the booking process, and through out our entire stay. The condo was clean and fully furnished with everything needed to cook and eat with. There were 9 of us and plenty of dishes & utensils for all. Communication was A++. The AC worked really WELL. Something went wonky with the AC on our last night BUT a quick call to the number provided in our information packet and problem solved. Sarah would have had a tech sent out within the hour but together, over the phone we found the issue and problem solved!! Condo is 2.5 miles from a Walmart Supercenter, 2 minute walk to a Pier 33 for extras you may have forgotten. It’s a small convenience store / beach items, books & games. The security folks are very helpful and friendly. Need ice, just ask them. They have it in the guard shack 😊 My only suggestion would be to include a couple rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom instead of one roll. We will definitely be staying in room 2906 again!!

It’s time for lots of updates

This property needs a lot of tender loving care. Upon arrival this is what we found: Dishes in dishwasher Dishes in cabinet dirty Washer dirty Washer makes loud grinding sounds Shower curtain liner torn Shower curtain molded Bedroom curtain has large holes Pullout bed was full of crumbs Beds uncomfortable Fake nails in middle bedroom closet Balcony chairs rusted & broken -Time to look into getting a new cleaning service Here’s the only 2 reason this place was okay: 1. check in was great. We were given the information for codes and that worked perfectly. 2. Once in the unit we noticed the ac was not working properly. We reached out and contact was made with us immediately. Maintenance showed up the next morning to fix the problem.

Needs Updated.

Overall stay was great. Only thing that I didn’t not like was the fridge not staying cold, nor the freezer. I contacted the manager and she kind of just gave me the run around, when it takes longer than 24 hours to get cold something is wrong, then the freezer part was not working, it melted the ice cream and remind you it was set on the coldest temperature as well. The garbage disposal in the sink didn’t work either. The cleaning people needs to be more cleaner on the floors.

Ocean House II

We hadn’t been in 6 years so of course the property had changed a bit due to a previous hurricane. The pool used to be so nice & it just looked like maybe some paint would help. We hadn’t ever rented this unit & it was fine for the most part except mold blown out across the ceiling where the air ducts were. 2 dining chairs out of 8 had cushions & there was a cushion up against the wall on the balcony that was covered in mold & looked like it had been there for a while. Just things house keeping could’ve handled easily by removing it from the condo & cleaning the ceiling around the air ducts. We still had a great time. The beach & ocean were beautiful as usual.

Great location, heated outdoor pool

The condo we stayed in was great, but we were unhappy with the security. They gave us bracelets, but they were too large for my younger children, so they didn’t wear them since they fell off constantly and I didn’t want them to lose them. As a result, my daughters got yelled at multiple times because the security guards thought they were guests from other condo complexes, and when they told the security guards they were in our pool bag, they continued to give them a hard time as if they didn’t believe them. I understand the need for security and appreciate it, but I was very unhappy with how they treated us as paying guests. And for friends of ours who vacationed with us, they didn’t even give them bracelets for their kids who are the same age as mine, so the inconsistency was frustrating.

July 2020 Stay

I have been coming down to Gulf shores for the last 6 years with my family of 8. This condo was the worst I have stayed. We stay at a condo so we can cook at home. The kitchen utensils were old, bent , knives dull. Very few pots and pans . I must say they provided a nice steaming pot. There was not a complete set of dishes, coffee cups etc. the throw rugs in the kitchen were filthy(I have pictures). The air return was also filthy. There was not a dresser in the one bedroom and in the master bedroom there were water toys in the closet that left little room for clothes. All the mattress’s needed replaced along with the patio furniture.the broom and dust pan would not pick up the sand. No room for food items due to the pantry being so small. The coffee maker leaked. It needs a deep clean and new kitchen items. I won’t be coming back to Ocean house.

Great views, condo needs some love

None of the TV's worked, which usually isn't a big deal for us, but we were in town for a baseball tournament and the teen/dads wanted to watch the college World Series at night. AC doesn't work. Set at 70 all week but was 76 in the condo all week. Washer sounds like it's going to take flight when spinning, full size bed in what I would describe as the "kids room" (because it is definitely not for adults) mattress is AWFUL. Both parties roll to the middle of the mattress and when it is hot due to no AC, you don't get much sleep. Ceiling fan in "kids room" also doesn't work on any setting except low. This place has beautiful views and a great location, but the condo itself is not worth the money in my opinion. We did call maintenance the first day because there was a puddle of water by the AC unit when we arrived and they were prompt and very helpful. Not enough bedside tables/dressers for the amount of people it will sleep. Will sleep 9. We had 6 and there was nowhere to put suitcases/clothes in the middle bedroom. Lounge chair on back deck worn to the point that you can't sit in it unless you want to lay on a bar in the middle of your back. We didn't call maintenance after the first day because they would have been there all week fixing everything.

Very pleased with our overall booking and vacation experience. It was very simple and straight forward to book and check in. Very clean. Would highly recommend booking this room thru VRBO and will definitely book again in future!

Beautiful beach

The beach and area was beautiful! The condo could use some updating. The rugs were gross and all mismatched. The throw pillows need washed and the dryer barely works. The condo was well stocked though.
